Quality was very good. Unfortunately, they were shorted staffed and even on a Thurs night, it took a long while for food to come... out. Sushi was ready and sitting for at least 10min before it was brought to the table with the Udon soup, which was too hot toeat right away. Staff was very kind and apologetic for the long wait. My first time eating from here. I did take out: ordered through the online menu and had it delivered to my car. The app prompts... for a tip. I did double crab in the Kahuna bowl. I liked that while I was driving to the location I received a text that myorder was ready, ten minutes before it was supposed to be. Could have been because they close at 2 pm and reopen at 5 pm. Myorder was placed shortly after 1 pm. After following google maps meticulously and not being able to find Poke Republic, I calledthe location. They answered the phone ?Kashin?, which the sign outside the building reads but google maps has it labeled ?PokeRepublic?. So just be aware if you travel to the location you?re looking for a Kashin.
