This place was OUTSTANDING. The staff was extremely friendly and the food was awesome. This was probably the best Spicy Tonkotsu... Ramen I've ever had, and that's including my 3 month trip to Japan. Great place for sushi and ramen! 1 star taken away because service was a bit slow even though they weren't that busy. But the... food was great. The fried yellow tail collar was excellent! Would go back again. Hopefully serive will be better next time. Read more
Great restaurant for ramen in Cary, NC. We tried Spicy Tonkotsu and Spicy Curry Seafood. Both were excellent options although... the curry seafood was our favorite - had an excellent flavor! Waiter said you can?t go wrong with any ramen option and I believehim. Shrimp shumai and pork belly buns were also perfection. Top it all off with a Japanese marble soda and you?ve got a perfectmeal! A delicious outside meal on a relatively warm January afternoon. The nigiri was good? the ikura popped, but was marinated on the... sweeter end than I prefer. The spicy tonkatsu ramen was delicious. The flavor was well balanced and the broth was rich. The softegg and pork belly were tasty. The noodles were a little softer than I prefer, but not soggy. The only critique was the broth abit on the oily side with the spicy oil. Read more

We sampled sushi during lunch on a Tuesday. It was our first visit, and we were delighted by the extensive sushi menu, which is... rare in this part of Cary. I had the sushi lunch, and all of my fish was fresh and delicious. My husband tried a couple of therolls, and they were like tasty works of art. This is not a place for a fast lunch or BOGO sushi, but rather a place to enjoypremium sushi and ramen. There were a few tables outside in front of the building for anyone who prefers to dine outdoors, andall the staff we saw indoors were properly masked. Read more
