The food is pretty good, the staff are friendly, there is plenty of parking, and there is a small outdoor seating area with 6... tables in front of the restaurant. However, the men's restroom seems to be commonly very dirty / not cleaned regularly, theline to order is typically very slow, the fountain drink machine is sometimes out of ingredients, and the acoustics in theseating area reflect sound resulting in fairly loud background noise. The slow line to order seems to be due primarily tostopping serving in person customers in order to fulfill online orders, with only one person working the station who has toswitch back and forth -- they seem to receive a high number of online orders, so even when there is no line in person, it canstill take a while for the staff to "catch up" and be ready to serve the one person who is waiting at the counter. The menu hasbeen reduced over the years, but the staples are still available. As an overview, you get to choose among burrito, "bowl"(burrito ingredients without the tortilla), quesadilla, and taco. I have had much better experiences at other Moe's locationsin the past -- I continue to return to this one mainly because this location is the most convenient to my home. The food ispretty good, and the discounted prices for burritos + bowls on Mondays make it a good value -- as long as you're not in a rushand don't mind the rough edges around cleanliness / restocking of the various items. This is the best Moe's in the RDU-Ch area. Not super busy so they can take a few extra seconds and really get everything... perfect. Very good staff. Read more
The food was fantastic but one of the staff was very rude. Don't know her name but was so rude that my husband even said... something. If you don't like your job, get a new one. Otherwise we enjoyed it. Read more

No more Joey, no more deep fried tortilla bowls... And I didn't get a "Welcome to Moo's" Got the homewrecker burrito and it was... good. The woman making my burrito had the most amazing Booba currently in my field of vision that I created a new dream. My husband loves it her, but I?ve not been overly thrilled. The staff is hard to hear and don?t seem happy to be at work. The... one gal looked quite unkempt with her hair everywhere. The chips we received were half smashed into little bits, but hidden bythe full chips. My burrito was okay, but I just didn?t feel like it had a lot of flavor. Too expensive too, in my opinion. The food tasted great. However... I Was rushed through the line ordering. Upon time to get a refill.... I asked to get another... cup so that the germs from my cup did not get on a drink machine. I was denied twice. I watched as more and more people drinkingwithout lids or straws refilled there drinks... spreading there germs on the drink machine. You can do better Moes.???????????????During a time of a pandemic.... getting a NEW cup PRIOR to refilling your drink is mandatory for customer healthand safety. Please fix this. ???? Read more
