This was an outstanding experience. We came with my grandma on a Wednesday evening and it was busier than normal but we had... exceptional service and the manager Jeremy stepped in multiple times to help his servers and clean up a mess on the floor. Hewas kind and kept his cool all night despite how busy it was so unexpectedly. I hope the supervisors see this review and knowhow excellent this location is and how hard everyone works. Where to start..firstly everyone at this location is very friendly and very welcoming. It is very family friendly, and the... atmosphere is very relaxing. Me and my date had a great experience here, and the food was spot on as I expected it to be. The 4cheese stuffed shells are out of this world..you have to try it for yourself, and the shrimp scampi was cooked perfectly and wasamazing. Our server (I wish I remembered her name) was super sweet and patient with us through our entire dining experience. Shedefinitely deserves some recognition for her stellar job at making sure we were taken care of. I will certainly be returninghere again in the near future! Read more
After a horrible experience at Cheesecake Factory not receiving a refill, or a visit from our waitress, or even the appetizer we... had ordered for a full 45 minutes we left seeing most of the kitchen staff outdoors smoking, we came to Olive Garden. My hubbywas very doubtful at this point of anything going well. But when we arrived at Olive Garden we were seated immediately, ourwaiter Scott came over right away, took and brought our drink order and both appetizers very quickly. I had not finished mysalad that's how soon our entrees arrived. And the food was hot, and delicious! And Scott answered all my questions about themenu and gluten free options easily. And he checked on us often. We both thoroughly enjoyed our meals, and even the managerstopped by to ask us how everything was. As we were leaving the hostess wished us a good afternoon. We went to celebrate our son’s birthday. The service and food was good. Most important thing is, I forgot my handbag at... restaurant and only figured that next day. I got my bag back safely. I really appreciate the staff. Read more
The only thing that is keeping this from a 5 star review was the wait. We waited a while for our food and every table around us... had already gotten their food. Our waitress was very nice and attentive. The food was delicious and i highly recommend gettingthe dipping sauces for the bread sticks! Read more

The restaurant wasn't busy, but after ordering, it was disappointing when I mentioned I had a online account and wanted to give... my phone number attached to get my points, for I've done that in every other Olive Gardens, but our waitress..I believe her namewas Sharon? Was animate though they had posters and the ordering tablet at the table we sat at and all of them, that they didnot do that?? Seems strange to advertise, have the tablets but not use the system for the loyal customers who go here and shouldbe able to earn towards food rewards.. the salad was good, but the 3 breadsticks were a tad cold, and no more were offeredduring our meal, the Eggplant Parmigiano was ok.. hot but not much sauce and it was lacking enough spaghetti..as well my tea wasclose to empty but couldn't get attention of server so it was never refilled, so.. after dining then sitting there never checkedon not even once ( this at a not busy hour, and not many dining so no excuse for it) as well if it was mentioned I would hadgotten desert but no desert offered so lost money for Olive Garden, and my pet peeve,, sitting 35 minutes after we were done andnot having the bill brought over.. I finally got her attention and she slowly brought the bill to us, it was close to $30 forlunch for the 2 of us, this no appetizers, no deserts just the meal and a very expensive glass of iced tea, and though I wasn'tto happy with the experience I still left a 25% tip..this after watching the waitress stand around and chatting..and even ondeparture I had to ask a couple times for a 2 takeout boxes..that slowly was brought, but then no bag to put it in.. so another5mins to get a bag to put the boxes in.. maybe the waitress was having a 'Off Day' but if you spend hard earned money, leavegood tips and don't complain, shouldn't I expect just a nice lunch with good service? This is going to be an unexciting review as I have nothing to complain about. We arrived a little after eleven AM on a... non-holiday Saturday and were seated immediately by the day manager. The table was clean and the building temp was comfortablefor both of us. Our server, John, took great care of us throughout. He made excellent recommendations and was attentive withoutbeing intrusive. If he isn't a trainer or lead he should be. Our entrees came out right on time and were hot, fresh andproperly seasoned.
