Inside generally feels messy. Tables not wiped off, floor is unkempt, bathrooms not kept up. The service is ok, but the food... is way overpriced for what you get. Also, the food as a whole generally taste like airline food. Not sure if that is becauseeverything is pre made or what, but there seems to be not much care taken when filling customer orders, and that reflects in thefood being sub par. Would not recommend. Placed on online order for pick up for 3 people - grabbed it and ran because I was in a hurry and everything was ?checked?.... Missing AN ENTIRE ORDER so I show up and don?t have food for someone. I am SO mad (and hungry because I gave my food away). Ieven left a tip on this order - how hard is it to check food - especially when all items are ?checked? on the bag. Won?t bedoing this again. Totally messed up my order & when they brought me my food back it was a smaller portion in a paper bowl no chip no pickle that's... what I paid $11.50 for. Will NOT go there again Update...decided to give this Panera another shot...what adisappointment!!! Chicken Salad Sandwich had hardly any chicken in it but enough arugula to feed a herd of deer & my boyfriendgot a hot Chicken Avacado Melt on ciabatta bread also had hardly any chicken with 1 slice of avocado & the broccoli chedder souphe order was cold with curdled grease. The guy making our food was on his cell phone the whole time NOT even payingattention!!!! Ordered two bowls of soup on Saturday for takeout: creamy tomato and cream of chicken & wild rice. That last one contained a... piece of plastic, the sort that might have come from cutting the corner off a plastic bag! Tried phoning to share this news witha manager and to request a refund. Tough to do when no one answers the phone and you're repeatedly encouraged to call backoutside meal times. So much for the Panera 100 percent "Clean" ingredients promise! Read more
Dude. Where is the manager. You pick two, half of a half of a salad and no mexican tortillas with the soup. At 14$ youd think... a little more care was taken to make the food. Ive eaten here 5 times, every time theres an issue. First time the bread boyyelled at me for mistakingly touching the wrong order. It was a mistake. Relax. Portions are small. Place is filthy, they must not read the reviews. Internet doesnt work, I feel like this is the third time i have tried at this... location. There is a sign that says wifi available on the wall. Must be a marketing ploy. I won't be going back to anylocation. I usually buy gift cards once a year and had a sip club subscription. Sad. Read more

This specific location is very hit or miss. It's the closest one to both work and home so I use it often. Most recently I... ordered a pick 2 (bowl of soup) and got a cup. I emailed corporate and they were kind enough to give a credit to use on a futureorder. I used that credit tonight. In order to do so, I had to reach minimum amount so I added 2 chocolate chip muffins. I onlyreceived 1. Not a matter worth emailing again, but this is now back-to-back errors from the same store that should be noted. Iwon't be using them in the near future. Read more
