This place has turned around from where it was a few years ago to today. Drive thru is always moving along, order is almost... always right (99%). Scot is just the best person to greet you in the morning. Pat is hilarious and always has jokes handy forany situation. The rest of the staff the few times I?ve gone in store are always nice and overall this Starbucks just creates agood experience. Read more

Incredibly friendly and kind people work here?orders are prepared accurately and promptly and this particular Starbucks has a... chill and calming environment. Living in Cary, I miss all the local indie cafe options of a big city, but for a Starbucks, thislocation is fantastic, and the staff rock. I don?t know if this particular location has unionized but I hope they arecompensated really well! Read more

This place has the vibe of a local, non-franchise coffee shop. All of the staff is so cheerful and helpful and they get through... orders so efficiently! Love the positive energy. Whoever manages this place has done a really great job despite all the productand staff shortages. Read more
I'd say four plus. Almost five. The management here has done a great job. The employees always seem happy and they welcome you... pretty quickly. Never had a stale cup of coffee. The seating is minimal but lots of outside seating is available. I still hatethat Starbucks stops brewing french roast (The lesser caffeine of the coffees) after 12:00, but I don't think that is a call anylocation gets to make so I don't fault this location for that Read more
I love this Starbucks! So friendly and delicious. My only critique is that it?s hard to get a cappuccino. Baristas always fill... it up with milk to the top ???? I mean, I?ll drink it but that?s a latte. Read more
The staff is always wonderful no matter time of day I go. The drive thru moves quick and if there is ever any kind of issue,... they offer me a free drink. This is the only star bucks I go to! Read more
