You don't expect a Grande size coffee (Pumpkin spice Latte) with such little content. There was some whipped cream on top which... melted but this is unacceptable for a hot beverage that's charged at $6.22. EDIT: changing it from 1 to 4 stars for theresponse and replacement. Read more
I was late for work because I naively thought I would be able to pick up a to-go order on time. When I came to pickup my order... the kid at the pickup counter was deep in conversation with some other customer and completely ignored me for over 10 minutes(yes I was keeping track) until another employee decided to step in. This Starbucks was pretty dirty. Sink was filty. Milk and other items were left out. The counter was extremely dirty. For all... the people that work there you would think one of you could clean up. Pretty gross. If you zoom in on the pictures you can seethe mess. Ugh gross. Read more
Came for my birthday Stephanie and joey gave me the best drink I?ve ever had 10/10 will return.
This location is ridiculously slow. It took myself and my sister-in-law over 30 minutes to get our drinks that were pre-ordered... from the app. They were plenty staffed so it was not a staffing issue. The line was crazy outside and there were just drinkssitting on the counter or that were already made and nobody was claiming them. Hopefully the second one coming to Sanford isbeing built here soon.
