Very poor customer service. I went during off-peak hours, when there were only a couple of people in the store. There was just... one customer ahead of me in line chatting with the person behind the cashier. She kept chatting with him even though he?dalready made his order and she could clearly see me in line. She completely ignored me, and kept talking with him even after hisorder was ready and he?d gotten it. We had no electricity yesterday and the drive-thru lane was huge. I went in to order and despite the craziness of the line the... who team were so kind and considerate. There was one lady doing the food and she was working at 200% capacity but was so kindand sweet to everyone . I was blown away by the warmth the team showed the people who had no electricity.
