Always love Starbucks but not necessarily the prices. But willing to return and gain points for free rewards.
It's Starbucks food- frozen heatups. I'm not a fan of their food anyways- so just know that. Overall, this place has a very laid... back vibe. As with any Starbucks- it's a requirement I guess for them to all have an industrial vibe that leads to everythingechoing. It's loud for sure. There is a nice little meeting room that's glasses in with a door-it would make a great little areafor a team meet up or something. I'm not sure if you have to reserve it or not. Chairs are pretty wood chairs with no padding.Pick those if you want your meeting to go quickly. There are larger tables for more than 4 people, which is super nice, one sidelike a booth and the other chairs. Bathrooms are large, open, and handicap accessible. Also are gender-neutral. Has lots ofnatural light, which I love. Also has a small outside area that is covered with chairs and tables. It's a much easier place toget in and out of than the one in the Costco shopping area. This may be the coolest Starbucks anywhere..decor is sleek and modern, low key, lots of tables and spaces..out door space is... somewhat small. But definitely one if not the BEST Starbucks in the Triangle area. Service and drinks are at always goodStarbucks standards. Read more
Tried this new location for first time and will not be back. Poor service. Incorrect drink made. Cashier seemed more interested... in hooking up with young single females at their tables. Hygiene in general seemed below average and workers goofing off a lotinstead of helping customers. Read more
Only giving stars for the good customer service I receive. The music is very odd for it being Starbucks and compared to the... other Starbucks. It?s also very loud which makes it hard to focus and work. Can?t hear the person next to me talk and can?tfocus on work. They need to have more calming relaxing music I would think, also not so loud ??????????? Read more

Completely reasonable Starbucks for drive through most of the time. Have not experienced during peak peak hours, but have never... had any issues with orders accuracy or timing at this location. Read more
