I wish I could give this place no stars. Staff is rude and stand off ish. If the drinks were even close to the Starbucks... standard I would excuse the attitude. Today I ordered a hot latte that was at best luke warm. I didnt trust it so I threw itaway. The last thing I need is for someone with an attitude to give me food poisoning. I've been here roughly 6 times and eachtime it's been a struggle. Read more

Just went in for a coffee I got a white mocha with no whip and a extra shot. She poured way to much milk it tasted like I got... sweetened milk and I couldn?t taste the extra shot I get this drink everyday so I know how it?s suppose to taste when I told hershe got a attitude and said she only put a dab of milk her co worker asked what she was making she replied what I got and rolledher eyes then when she remade my drink again I watched her pour a bunch of milk in it then put ice in it then poured some of thedrink out and added another shot on top so she knew she added to much milk again probably on purpose she was very rude anddidn?t care about the customers not to mention she was on her phone the whole time she was taking my order! Horrible customer service! Lady working there that I assume was the manager, needs to find another job because it's very obvious... she hates working with the public. Very rude when asking questions and as others have said, they were out of the first two itemsmy wife ask for. So my wife asked what do you have? I would have walked away, but my wife wanted her Starbucks. With thisoverpriced coffee, at the very least, customer service should be top priority! Read more
If I could give them a 0 I would, I work super close so is walking distance, 1st time she was super rude, she ask what do you... want? When I start saying it she said we don?t have it, let it slide went back to work, 2nd time she was missing I ask someonefrom Harris Teeter, they didn?t know after walking around the store for 20 min, I found her walking around, I ask if she work atStarbucks she was mad I found and went back and took my order but today I ran there because the website said 8pm and I saw hershe look at me and said we are closed! I work in this complex and I accidentally sent my mobile order to the wrong Starbucks. This one doesn?t take mobile orders and... the girl there let me know. I wasn?t able to go get my drink at the place I placed the order at so i called them and told themto give my drink away because I couldn?t come get it. The girl at the other store was very friendly and told me the Starbuckshere would make my drink if I let them know what happened. So I walked back in and told them what they said and the girl theretold me they weren?t going to do it. So 0/10 customer service. I paid $6 for a drink and I know it was my mistake but theembarrassment was enough for me to never want to go here again. Read more
Great location and friendly staff (Thank you Michael). Faster than other Starbucks locations. Very clean, tidy, and organized.... Also very quiet considering it's located inside Harris Teeter. The best part about Starbucks is that I know what I'm going toget each location. Read more
The white chocolate mocha (with almond milk) I ordered gave me a stomach ache. Maybe the milk is spoiled, or something else.
