I decided to stop by Starbucks before work and get an iced honey Oatmilk latte. When I got to the window she asked me what I... ordered. I told her a large iced honey Oatmilk latte. She then proceeded to hand me a hot one. I told her it was an iced venti.She asked me three more times to be sure. Then they handed me a grande latte. I told them it was still wrong but it was finebecause I had to go. I was asked multiple times about my drink, I said iced and venti each time. Really bad service. There was only a trainee serving and she did not know how to make most drinks. Had to come back 30 minutes... later when a more experienced employee was available, then found it that you can not use Starbucks rewards at in storeStarbucks. This is the Starbucks that I compare all other locations to (and they set the bar high). I am so thankful that this is the... closest one to my house and on my way to work. I had a great time going through the drive thru. No really, everything was seamless after ordering through the app. There wasn't... an option in app for oat milk but the barista was ready to swap it for me as soon as I asked. I'm always getting coffee: frappe, iced, macchiato, etc. I don't get the food/dessert because they're a bit overpriced. I like... the happy hours that they do, because that's when I go. I normally get almond milk in my drink, that's one of the reasons I likeStarbucks. Hate the fact that they're never consistent, that's the only thing. This Starbucks does not redeem star rewards less than 150 stars for a free drink (no 25 stars for an upgrade or 50 stars for a... plain coffee or tea). Many in-store Starbucks locations have this same policy, which is not a problem. What frustrated me wasthat the employee at the register said that I could redeem 50 stars for a hot tea when I asked before ordering. When she scannedmy app, the reward did not process. After she belittled me in front of a growing line, asking why I expected them to "give awaytea for free," I ended up paying for the drink that I expected to get with rewards?and to make it worse, it wasn't even the kindof tea that I had ordered in the first place.
