I ordered the Chipotle chicken flatbread, kale slaw, and a blueberry smoothie. The flatbread was pretty good, the kale slaw... tasted very fresh and delicious, and the smoothie was okay. Nothing like ordering online , they charge your card and when you go to pick up order sign on door ? sink broken?. ?Refunds... online.? So the food was good?. But one of our party ordered a bowl, and got a wrap. The kids working behind the counter were to busy... playing around in the back where no one could get their attention. We were seated waiting for a secondary order and they tookit, sat it on the counter without calling out the order so it sat there getting cold. We had to ask where it was, we had toask for a fork then and they had disappeared to the back again! I am all for enjoying working, but if you can?t get the orderscorrect and people have to continuously hunt for you and YELL to get your attention because you can?t hear over your musicplaying in the back. Ordered a wrap and smoothie from this location for delivery. Driver showed up with only a smoothie. He said he would go back and... pick up the remainder of the order...he never came back. Called the store 3 times to try and follow up...no one picked up.Thanks for stealing my money. Read more
The food was good but check your order before you leave to make sure that you are getting EVERYTHING that YOU paid for. I... checked my bag before I left and was missing an item. I gently told them what I was missing and it was given to me with no fuss,but no apology was made either. *update* There is a straight hair in my smoothie and grime in and around my cup. Worst experience at tropical smoothie yet. My order was not together so I left half if it behind and had to go back. My hummus... wrap had about a teaspoon of hummus on one end of the wrap. Luckily I had some at home and to top it off, the half filledcontainer of kale slaw was old and wilted. Gross! Extremely disappointed in the whole experience! Read more

I had never visited a Tropical Smoothie Cafe before this but I must say I love their menu. It is very comprehensive and you can... pretty much get any kind of smoothie you want! This location is small and in a shopping center. The staff was not super niceand I didn't feel extremely welcome, despite being the only person in the store. I was feeling sick so I got an Island Greensmoothie with a few boosters. It was really tasty considering how much spinach and kale was it it. The prices, though, are high.You will probably have a better experience supporting a local business over getting a corporate smoothie here. That being said,just like McDonald's this place appears to offer consistency. Give them a try. Read more
