I wasn?t going to write a review - I saw some unsanitary practices like no hair nets for people preparing food, but I?m not that... picky and they?re just kids working here. Our food sat done on the counter for a long time I had no idea it was ours until wehad waited an unreasonable amount of time and I went and asked. First bite when I get home I pull out a huge clump of hair- seepic. Threw my $9 salad straight in the trash. I just wasted half an hour of my lunch break and my money. Read more

This was the worse ordering experience. Never order online. I ordered and it said delivery time would take approximately 30 min.... Once I paid it told me an hour and a half. I immediately tried to cancel and it wouldn?t allow me. I called and spoke to themanager on duty who said she couldn?t cancel - Sophia. An hour later I received a phone call confirming I still wanted theorder. It?s now almost an hour and 15 minutes later and still no order. Then estimated order of delivery time changed to 12:09pm. Still no order. The system is whacky and it doesn?t work. Poor customer service and poor online ordering system. I do notrecommend this Tropical Smoothie location. Read more

On the early morning of July 6th, 2022 I had the worst customer service experience of my life. I always use my app (get those... points) and pick up my smoothie it?s easier. I literally live in walking distance of this cafe. I grab my smoothie and driveoff. Take a sip and it?s disgusting. Mind you I?ve ordered this same smoothie like 3 days in a row because I?m pregnant withtwins and it?s a craving. So I turn around and head back and I tell the young lady (only person in the store) that it is veryliquified not smoothie like and tastes bland. She says ?It?s because you didn?t use bananas?. I said um that?s not true I hatebananas and every-time I come here I remove the banana. She tries to argue with me and I said look I?ve ordered this severaltimes please remake it. So I hand it to her at the register. She remakes it (with an attitude) and then sits the cups where the?take out orders? usually sit and proceeds to stock chips and never tells me she is done Making the smoothie. I looked up andsaid umm excuse me where?s the smoothie, and she goes ?Over there? and points by the door. I?m like if I hand it to you and yousee me standing here why wouldn?t you at least hand it back to me and tell me you?re finished. I?m already late for work becauseI had to turn around , like that?s rude and strange. She said ?All smoothies go over there ? I'm like yea no if I order in storemy smoothie is always handed to me if I order online and run inside then my smoothie is over there. But mind you there?s nocustomers in the store NONE, it?s like 8:30am and she wasn?t doing anything. And to put the icing on the terrible cake I alwayssub Splenda for turbinado in my smoothies and the chick most def used sugar when she remade it. I have had surgery and Mystomach can tell the difference. I took two sips and felt like I was going to vomit, stomach doing flips. Today was my first time there and I won't be back because of a rude employee. There was a staff member that was extremely rude... to every customer. They snapped at me and told me that my smoothie has been ready for a while, even though they had just snappedat another customer not to ask if its ready until they call their name. I was also not asking, just sitting at the bar waitingfor my name to be called. This person, androgynous woman with short bleached hair and a beanie, needs to be spoken to at leastif not completely retrained. There is no customer service training here and they clearly are dissatisfied with their job.Because of this one employee, I won't be back, its not worth it. Read more

This is the 4th time I have ordered from this location and my smoothie did not taste right. I have been a long time customer for... years and very frustrated to pay for a product and it's watered down, too much ice, or not the right amount of measurements.Please better train your staff. This makes no sense and not that hard to have products taste the same every time. TropicalSmoothie list everything step by step for them not to mess up and follow yet I keep getting orders that are not correct! Read more

Just like the other reviews, I was ignored for 10 minutes. The girls in there were giggling and on top of that they lied. Our... Community should not have to tolerate this type of behavior. It seems to me that the lack of service and respect towardscustomers is consistent and ownership is just hiding under the counters giving out free vouchers to disgruntled customers. Ihave reached out to local media outlets to have this business and owner put on notice. Read more

Came in on a Sunday morning, before grocery shopping. Two ladies in the front. No one greeted us entering in! We were their... first customers. We spoke and still were not greeted by the lady in the front. She continues to set up register, another ladycomes from the back also does not acknowledge or speak to us. Finally, the lady at register looks up and very timidly asks uswhat did we want! Not the best experience I?ve had at tropical smoothie! Ordered jerk chick wrap and mocha madness smoothie, smoothie was great but the wrap basically fell apart as I picked it up.... Quality of the food just isn?t there. Waited 15 mins for my food, idk if that?s normal time or not but.. overall don?t thinkworth what you pay. Read more
