Wow. They really need to hire better people here. We placed an online order and went to pick up our food at the appropriate time... and it took 30 minutes longer than it was should have even though it was slow. We paid for a larger drink but they didn't havethe large cups. Wouldn't give a refund for the upcharge. Okay whatever Then they didn't have enough regular cups and didn't wantto look to find any. Finally they went to get more. Then they didn't have any drinks available in the soda machine or ice...Then said they would not refund us the money for the drinks. Mind you we paid for those separately. They were not part of acombo. I hate this location. Every single time we have go here its been some issue and no one is willing to resolve anything.You might as well spend your money elsewhere because it will be wasted here. Read more
Ordered 30 wings extra crispy. I was told it would take 20 minutes, I drove 30 minutes to get the good for them to tell me they... forgot and it would be 15 minutes which means my wings wil not be extra crispy. Worst experience at a wing stop. No remorsejust attitude. I will never go back!!! Read more
The hottest chicken wings I've ever had are their Atomic Sauce version. Worth a stop if you're into heat.
Do not attend this location. The food was horrible to match the service. Staff was unsanitary (leaving and coming back into... restaurant without washing hands). No straws for drinks, glad I had my own cup with straw. My order was wrong and when asked tocorrect had an attitude. My wings were hard as a rock and I didn?t even request well done. I would recommended to stay away from this location. Upon first glance, my wings (Hawaiian Flavor) made me absolutely nauseous.... There was a horrible stench that came along with it. You could smell it from inside the box. I didn?t even finish eating them.Im assuming that the sauce used to cover them was old or expired. I?ve had a stomach ache since I left. Read more
Definitely check your food before you leave. I saw several reviews mentioning their food was wrong. We took the chance and went... here anyway. Dine in. The food was good..but I had to go to the counter several times to fix the order. The staff was nice. Read more
We ordered the "big night in" bundle, which was 25 boneless wings for $16.99 (3 sauce flavors and 3 dips), then a separate order... of fries. Flavors were mango habanero, hot, and garlic parmesan. All were great and arrived to the house hot, earlier than theexpected delivery time. I ordered the fries extra crispy, which ended up being regular crispiness and warm by the time theyarrived.
