Some of the meatiest wings I?ve ever eaten, top notch! Other wing joints pale in comparison!
The staff was nice and attentive, which saved this from a 1 star review. The fries came out cold (the chicken tenders were... fine). The drinks were so weak that we had to keep ordering and adding extra shots. $11 to $13 for glasses of fruit juice ormixer, plus the cost of extra shots? No thanks. I liked this place. The food was great as well as our waitress. However, some lady kept coming to our table, it seemed, every 5... mins to ask how we're doing. I found that to be a little extreme. Other than that, everything else about the place was great! Read more
BEST WINGS IN THE TRIANGLE. I?ve been coming to Woody?s for well over 10 years now and this has been the most consistent bar... I?ve ever found. Even with increased wing prices everywhere over the past couple years, this place is still worth it. The mediumsauce is thin but sticks to the wing. Peppery with a subtle sweet flavor on the back end. The Philly nachos are also a must as ashareable app. Woody?s is great no matter which location you go to but I?ve found this Cary location is the best. I moved here from Florida in February of this year. One of my favorite things in the world is wings. I've tried four or five... different places here in North Carolina to find a wing comparable to my favorite place in Florida. I have finally struck gold. Hands down the best wings I've had here yet and it even gives my favorites a run for their money. Do yourself a favor and tryto kickin garlic. I went to Woody's recently for their Trivia Night and had a great time. The Woodys crowd is fun and casual and they offer a... great sportsbar menu and atmosphere. The trivia was well done, and it seemed like the whole place was playing. The food wasdelicious, I got the Buffalo Chicken Fries and tried several of the beers on their expansive draft list. Our server Justin wassuper attentive, helpful, and friendly, giving us great recommendations and certainly made our visit even better. Read more
I've been coming here close to 20 years. Best damn wings I've ever had. It's a fun sports bar with pool tables. Great place to... grab a beer with friends. The sauce is spot on. Mild, sweet and hot are all amazing. The wings are big and crispy on theoutside. Wish I'd gotten a pic last time but I will get one next time to show u all how amazing they are. Not sure about otherfood. The mixed drinks are okay but if u want good wings there's nowhere better. Edited to add pics. 7/10/22 update:consistently delicious wings. It's amazing for partying. I went with my friends and enjoyed the music, lights and TV and service. There was a lot of fun stuff... with LED lights and status. The food was good and the drinks were also good. Read more
