My family and I go here all the time. Almost everyday. I like this location bcuz of the freindly staff and for the most part... it's been very good when it comes to customer service and having the products that I like and get all the time. I would havegiven this place 5 stars if it weren't for the employees not knowing current deals on certain items that are behind the countertherefore not giving them to customers and management not making it right even when it's brought to their attention and thereceipt even showed that the deal wasn't given. Also, there was another situation that I feel could have been resolved when wewere accidently double charged. Even with those 2 situations there, I still give them 4 stars bcuz we've been going here for atleast the last 8 or so years and to just have 2 times when things weren't 100% is still really good. The employees are reallyfriendly everytime you go in there and they take the time out to know your name and talk to you, if you want. Read more
They could improve their grill item availability, advertise pizza more, and offer sugar free slurpee options.
One of the only places in Casa Grande that sells Mexican chips and Mexican drinks! Also, there is always someone to help you... kindly and quickly. Read more
I've been here countless times and I've not once had a bad experience this is my go to store when i need something another thing... is all of the cashiers that I've interacted with were all friendly all in all i have no complaints. Read more
Rude rude rude especially Lizzie, treats people like they bother her, no business in customer service at all. Snotty, rude, sassy cashiers at night, was just there and the woman checking us smacking her lips in the most nastiest way... talking on her phone and giving us sass because we were talking to her as we cashed out because I informed her we had 2 otherdrinks and she snapped at me with this look "like I'm on the phone here can you shut up?" ???? poor customer service and rudecashiers Read more
The lady working there is racist and called the police on me. I went in, bought a scratcher, was in my car scratching it and 3... police officers swarmed my car. They told me the lady inside called them and said I was "casing" the store. They spent an hoursearching my car. I'm disgusted. She could've asked me to leave. She could've asked if I needed help. She could've had any oneof the 3 friends she had hanging out with her there while on the clock to ask if she was afraid of an ethnic customer sittingthere, but I'm sure the meth made them all a bit paranoid. I don't know, but there was any number of ways to handle thesituation better than that. I wasn't doing anything illegal, but I was damn sure treated like a criminal.
