Great place! Got the Boil for 2, so much amazing food!!! It's always fun to dig in with your hands and crack open a crab leg!... The flavor of the spices are great, everything came out hot and fresh. Our server was awesome, very funny and personable, and ontop of the drink refills! Highly recommend for a fun night out! Read more

Waitress was awesome. I asked for recommendations and she offered great recommendations. Food was so good. I had the bag with... lobster, crab etc. I was in heaven. It never fails to deliver. Love their shrimp and grits. Read more

**edit 8-31-22 Upon receiving a response from Angry Crab and speaking to the regional manager.. which I very highly appreciate... them reaching out to me.. this business really does value their customers input. I do a lot of reviews, and upon negative andpositive ones, this is the only business of any reviews that has ever reached out to me to make things right.. I decided to tryto visit this location again.. && I am so glad I did.. This location is incredibly clean and beautiful.. as I walked in I wasgreeted with a smile and a warm welcome from Jacob, Who I got to say is perfect for the front counter.. our waiter Nic wasawesome! He was friendly, great, and on top of our drinks before our drink was done. The food was delicious.. We were alsogreeted by Wendy the manager, who was great to us. Again the food and the service was incredible!! There is nothing more thislocation could have done to make this an amazing visit. I do appreciate you all making it right.. 8-19-22 This location wasreally nice and clean. But upon walking in, the girl who works the front (named Ty or Tie). She is so rude and made us feel likeI inconvenienced her. We did not get greeted upon walking in. She did not make eye contact. She has zero customer serviceskills. When she took my order she would slap her hand down after each item I asked to order. She would hit the button on thescreen and then loudly slam her hand down. When I kept asking questions to verify what I ordered she kept rolling her eyes andscoffed at the fact that I asked. I gave no kind of negative response to her, to make her feel like I was in a bad mood, for herto be giving me that kind of energy. I actually brought my family in there from California and it was a bad experience. 1st visit. Spent a fortune for a to go meal. It was enjoyable so no regrets. Hostess helped me by explaining the menu and... offered suggestions. I chose king crab boil with scallops, potatoes, sausage and corn. It was a lot of food for one person butonce I decided on king crab, I went all in. Chose Trifecta sauce in medium and it was spicier than I expected. I can alreadytell they are known for their boils and I love a good boil. I liked the sauce I chose but honestly, fresh and properly cookshellfish doesn't need much. Will def be back and happy to have a little culinary diversity in this city. Read more

06/08/2022 My husband and I went to the Angry Crab in Casa Grande to celebrate our 29th wedding anniversary. Ironically we were... going to use a gift card given to us from the last visit there (which was given to us for bad food and service). To begin withthe first couple of tables that we sat at were covered in debris from the a/c ducts and fans. We refused those seats. We pickeda table in the corner not directly under the fans. We ordered our food and drinks and both of my beverages were made with oldand brown limes and herbs as seen in the pictures. My husband had ordered snow Crab and sausages that came out in less thanedible condition. The snow Crab had really soft shells and very mushy meat that had a bad taste. He returned the food andnotified the server and the manager who both informed him that a lot of customers were having the same complaint. The manageralso informed him that they had received "bad product" that they were attempting to get a refund for. He then asked the manager, if they were aware of the problem why had they not pulled the Crab from the menu and were willing serve it to thier customers.The manager at this point did attempt to correct the problem by not charging us. However again I cannot get the idea out of mymind that the product was bad, they knew it was bad, we were not the 1st to complain about unedible food, and yet they continuedto serve it. Unacceptable. We are a family who believes in trying to patron our Pinal County to keep the money in our county, wedon't want to have to go to Maricopa county. Someone has dropped the ball and this needs to be corrected. Cooks need to bereminded what good quality is, bartenders need to know fresh herbs from old rotted ones, and management needs to 86 something ifnot up to standard. Read more

This was our first visit to an Angry Crab Shack restaurant. Was in Casa Grande with my family, getting close to dinner, and we... decided to stop in and try out the restaurant. We do enjoy some good seafood, and we knew it would be on the pricier side. Ourserver, Nic, did an excellent job explaining the menu and gave us great recommendations! We had the shrimp and crab dip withcrostini for an appetizer, and it was amazing. Since there were four adults, we ordered the family feast with the trifectaspices and medium heat level. There was a decently sized whole lobster, whole Dungeness crab, king crab legs, snow crab legs,corn, potatoes, and sausage. Everything tasted great, and we left with full tummies. Speciations on this restaurant were a little unsure; but WOW! Huge inside, a very different way of dining experience, a little... pricey, but well worth it!! I hope their success stays as delicious as the 1 st day they open. Definitely will be back! Read more
