Will never go to this burger king again. The manager took my order via drive thru and bagged my order. She took my payment and... proceeded to take the order of a customer in the restaurant. She then bagged my order. As I watched from the window I saw herhandle my French fries touching them with her bare hands and just dropped them in the bag. Never again. Read more
Tried to order something that is clearly on the menu and the goofball at the drive thru window stated ?it?s not that price?... after I stated its literally on his menu he rudely said ?it?s not on my computer screen so I can?t do anything about it? askedfor the manager and he said he was the manager.. Disgusting! Not at all like when I was a kid. I remember the smell of the grill and always getting a hot off the grill burger.... They used to be so good! Not any more now they serve you a soggy steamed patty that sits in a warmer so it gets to you at barelyroom temp. I will not be returning. Read more
Stopped by 2 days ago 8:47pm. Cones in drive-thru lane, doors locked! Checked door for hours, closes 11pm. Saw employee come... outside, 2 smokers. Asked if they were open, said yes and removed cones. Once we ordered, woman was EXTREMELY rude!!Practically threw our food out the window! Read more
I went through the drive thru and ordered. I gor the food. I pulled around and checked my bags and noticed a burger was missing.... Went back in and got the burger. I gor home amd realized my wife's poppers were missing also. I live 12 miles away from thestore. I have called and called over and over again but no one will answer. I'm not happy about paying for food and notreceiving it. Burger King you need to answer the phone so we can get this fixed. Read more
