I walked in to the front counter as the counter cashier was giving the last customer their order. The counter person clearly saw... me standing their, but did not acknowledge me. She turned to prepare a drive-thru order. I waited patiently. Another young ladyappeared as another customer approached the counter next to me. The recently appeared counter person asked the recently appearedcustomer could she help and took her order. I immediately admonished the newly arrived customer for cutting in front of me. Thecounter person was making her ice cream cone by this time. My presence had still not been acknowledged, nor my order taken. Thenewly arrived customer received her ice cream and apologized for cutting the line. The counter person preceded to do somethingelse and still never acknowledged me. I was finally fed up with the disrespect and left. Just for perspective I am a blackmale. The counter personnel were Hispanic. The customers present, whom they were giving their completed too were Hispanic. Thecustomer who cut me off and received her ice cream was Caucasian. All of this great service at the counter for other races andnationalities, and I couldn?t get a ? I?ll be with you in a minute sir ? or ? a few seconds more, and we?ll serve you ?. I wasdefinitely there for more than five minutes waiting on service. No one spoke to me as I arrived, no one spoke to me as I waited,and no one spoke as I departed. I would like to think it?s a matter of bad management and poor customer service training.However, I cannot get that feeling out of my gut I WAS RACIALLY DISCRIMINATED AGAINST. The other customers before and after mewere greeted and served well. Shame on the Burger King located at 810 E. Florence Blvd, Casa Grande, AZ their store management,store staff, and corporate staff for allowing the perpetuation of such behavior in these days and times. Read more

Came here to pick up the family bundle (coupon item) for the family, the burgers ???? are super fresh and taste great. The fries... ???? are super hot and crispy. They are super clean and friendly, if going on a Friday or weekend night, be prepared to wait inlong drive thru line. Read more
Great place for a evening night snack. We were hungry didn't want to head home cook then eat, BK was the choice. Fries, burgers... and shakes. I rated the the best, she rated the shake the best. Funny that there are so many "the best" out there. Read more
