Last 2 times here we have had either less than good food or service and when they asked us tolet them know why we responded and... they didnt answer.. today kiara was our greeter and clearly was not in a good mood or just didnt want to mauntain eye contact..just wanted to get her day over and leave was the vibe.. cant keep coming to a place I don't feel welcome to.. Why is the salt so inconsistent??? Either you get fries that are dunked insult or they are naked. Most of the time it seems as... if you?re getting a large order of salt with some fries. I have been hesitant to post this review, but after months and evencomplaining to the phone number for this location they obviously have other priorities than customer feedback. Read more
Milkshakes were really good. We got cookies and cream, strawberry and chocolate. The breakfast chicken biscuit sandwich was... kinda dry. The wait wasn't that long. The lady that took our order was very patient and helpful with letting us know it might bea few minutes for the chicken sandwich. Read more
Chicken was juicy. No denying that. But very flavorful. We ordered in and got served like we were taking it to go. Prices are... high. Fries were bland. No ketchup and you have guess how many packets of mustard/mayo you need. Soda refills have to go thruthe register and if there's a libe forget it. Read more
First time visiting & I wasn?t impressed. The bathroom had no toilet paper, over the restaurant needed to be cleaned (full... trash, dirty Windows, etc.) My order was wrong and I had to go up & ask for items several times. Many other customers came inwith a wrong order while I was here. My sandwich was not fresh, chicken was dry, biscuit was dry and just fell apart, hashBrowns were cold. Passing through casa grande enroute to Phoenix. And lo and behold there is Chick-fil-A he in I-10. It is always good to eat... Chick-fil-A sandwich for breakfast . Although their breakfast is available I prefer their lunch menu, the breakfast bread ismore greasy and for the lunch buns just ask for the sandwich without butter, the regular breaded chicken is better than thegrilled ones but it?s better to ask without butter just to reduce the greasy taste. Food at Chick-fil-A is always good. However, at this site the walk in customer is moved to the absolute bottom of the importance... pile. Ordered and finally got my meal about 15 minutes later. Lots of people inside waiting. There were lots of cars that cameand went but we were definitely not important enough to serve quickly! Will not stop at this location again. Read more
