Came in for food to go. A few employees walked past me didn't make eye contact or say hi. Waited at the food to go counter saw 8... people walking around food for people eating there and laughing a few people in the back looked at me and just walked away.Finally I caught a lady and asked if I was at the right place for to go orders she asked name. Staff were not manning curbside, when called to check status of curbside order staff stated customers would have to enter... restaurant as they were "too busy to bring food curbside" parking lot had maybe 5-6 cars so they lied about being busy. Waitedover na hour and a half before cancelling order and leaving as staff refused to bring orders curbside. Staff refused to answercalls in a reasonable amount of time, if at all. DO NOT RECCOMEND whatsoever due to rude and lazy staff. Read more
Chili?s is my go to place for Tex Mex cravings. It has wide variety of options to choose from. The quality, quantity and price... is really good. I have been there multiple times and never have been disappointed. Good options as well if your vegetarian. Read more
We have had issues the last 4 times we've been here, and this was the final straw. Ribs and wings were cold, Cajun chicken pasta... had almost zero sauce and my husband said the pasta tasted like water. Sorry guys. We'll be taking our business to TexasRoadhouse from now on. May 2022: the ranch bacon double cheeseburger was soo big I couldn't finish it but it was cooked and seasoned right.. service... was slow this time and it wasn't busy.. Feb 2022 Stopped in for sliders and fajitas. I have to say, I expected average and gotabove average.. Koda was attentive and the food was very tasty, seasoned well and a quick service. Service here is especially great, they use tablets to take orders so we got our drinks a minute after telling the server, before... she even left our table! They also have the Presto table devices so you don't have to wait to pay/get refills/order more food.Food is usually great most of the time I go here but on this specific occasion the burgers didn't have sauce? This wasn't thecase on prior visits so don't let that discourage you. The atmosphere is fun, it's usually busy but not noisy still. Read more
