The ones serving was incredibly rude rolling eyes giving attitude. The amount in the bowl is not worth 20 dollars. Ice machine... broke and get upset if you want a fountain drink. Will not go here again. I can go to a sit down restaurant for the price andhave better people serving. Read more

My husband and I love Chipotle. The food is delicious and filling, the staff has always been friendly, and the service is quick... and quality. I only mark down one star because I wish this location would offer curbside pickup since they do not have a drivethru. It would make it possible for me to frequent more often because I often have sleeping kids in the car that I don't want towake up to go get food. So I often end up going elsewhere. If they brought this service, I would gladly eat more at thislocation. I do appreciate that they offer a variety of options to make healthier eating choices. Read more

We hadn't eaten at Chipotle in over a year because it seemed the quality of their food had gone down hill. We decided to give... it another try only to find out the quality of the food was even worse than we remembered. This was without a doubt the worstChipotle we've ever eaten at. The temperature of the beans and meat was lukewarm at best and actually closer to roomtemperature. The carnitas was in big chunks rather than shredded; the beans weren't drained so the burrito was very runny andsloppy. There were only two workers manning the line so they were very busy and were just slopping ingredients on the burrito(not their fault but rather under-manning). To top it off the restaurant was messy and the restroom was very messy/dirty. Wewon't be going back to Chipotle- sadly it's just not the chain it used to be! Read more

I hadn't been to a Chipotle in decades, as I lived out of the USA , and this first experience was nice, not great. The woman... serving me was a bit short with me, but she didn't realize I didn't remember how Chipotle works. In the end, I loved the VeggieTacos and ingredients I had selected. ???????????? I love chipotle and it is always my default go-to healthier choice for a quick meal. The one thing that has been a REAL bother... is the SALT. Their food is becoming increasingly intolerable due to how salty it is. If I am making the healthier choice, pleasedon't spoil it with too much salt. For this last visit, I could barely finish my chicken burrito bowl. Read more

Dirty and messy restaurant !!!!! Really filthy in the food compartments. Food on the counters. Food all over the floor when I... walked in I was stepping on rice. Food everywhere all over the work area. It clearly doesn't get cleaned regularly and that's aproblem. Not sanitary at all. I returned my food cause the chicken was extra salty and just wasn't cutting it. I ate half andmy stomach is killing me now. The bowls were made sloppily. No one had hair nets and the server seemed to be a bit behind withproduction. Then the cashier was really slow with the bag up and ring up charge. I almost fell asleep watching her. I decided tosnap a few pics because cause the lack of organization and dirty work area caught my attention. Manager told me on the phone tocall and make a complaint due to the food and she cannot refund my money. I walked it in and asked for a refund and even toldher I got a bag of chips that were STALE AS ALL HELL! Then she decided to give me a refund. I will make sure I don't return tothis location ever again and I will call corporate as well to make that compliant. Read more
