My husband ordered a pizza over the ordering service and order two pizzas, the delivery guy showed up with one. Called to order... the second pizza, gave my phone number to the ordering service if there is any problems to call me . We waited for over twohours, called the ordering service which transferred me over to domino?s on Florence. The gentleman on the phone said it was inroute, waited another hour and still nothing. Called the ordering service again and they transferred me again. The gentleman onthe phone said it was canceled or refund because the delivery guy couldn?t find it, so it was canceled. So you just cancelorders and not give a curtesy call!! But we just had an order delivered here that same day. The gentleman on the phone said itwas understaffed, I get that it?s understaffed and busy, but we are sitting here waiting for our pizza with no calls or any typeof consideration. The odd thing about our 2 pizzas is they looked very good but soggy undercooked was under the toppings. Weirdest flavor this... gave the pie. As you can read in many other reviews, not the place to order wings. Very small low quality wing that IS all fatand coating. Really disgusting! 1st time, last time. Creepy little location. Read more
Very disappointed in this Casa Grande location; with their quality of food and their customer service. My pizza was burnt, hard,... and the toppings were cold, and the wings were all fat.The manager David was very rude and actually hung up on my mother whenshe was trying to explain the problems. They get 3 stars case my order was almost $30 and all I had on me was a $50bill and they said they can take a bill that so I had... too go break it down the road just to get my pizza this was in the middle of the day tooo what a inconvenient waste of my time also order my pizza with extra black olives and never got that see this pic they charged me for extra black olives but as youcan see I didn't get that. there's barely any cheese on it and I have like 8 peices of chicken is this a pizza or breadsticks Read more
I just love domino's, the food is great and they made the order super quick. I was going to order through Pizza Hut because I... thought domino's was still closed, but I heard they are open again. Thank goodness they were open, I decided to order fromdomino's. Ordered 3 medium pizzas, with two toppings, not even 20 minutes later my order was delivered at my door step byMichael. The pizza were amazingly delicious and super hot, like you can tell they just came out of the oven. If you love hotyummy pizza, order from domino's. Ordered a pizza from the Dominos app and waited over an hour past the expected ready time. I asked them if my order was ready... and they had not even noticed they received it. Was not offered any compensation. The best they said they could do is I waitanother hour for my pizza. Read more
