My boyfriend loves your iced coffee. Whenever he gets the chance he?s gotta have one. Especially when he goes to work bright and... early in the morning on Wednesdays. There?s one on the corner of our block on his way to work. He just asked me for a littleextra cash so he could this morning. Cuz he didn?t have enough to get his drink and leave a little tip. Dunkin? isn?t known for their exceptional customer service normally, but this place is pretty close to the worst if not the... worst I?ve been to. The employees clearly hate their job. They are rude to customers. They have next to no social/customerservice skills. This specific location has some of the most sketchy people working. I watched someone rub all over there facethen go to handling customer orders immediately. The curly haired fake boy has the worst attitude I?ve seen in a long time. Itpretends like it is too good to work at DD, but clearly doesn?t have any skills to do something better. Waited in line behind two other customers for five minutes when someone said the lobby was closed! First customer, who said they... had been waiting fifteen minutes was like how can your lobby be closed when you have customers seated at your tables.
