Use to love jimmy johns!!! But they slowly started pushing me away. On tonight?s order, they called right away and said there... was no delivery driver!? Really? I mean I know there is a recession/inflation, but it disappointed me for a freaky fastdelivery fast food chain :( I re ordered and went to pick up and none of my sandwiches had my names on it. the staff here is AMAZING! I went through the drive thru and after getting to the ordering screen I realized that not only was I... there before they even opened but that there was a tree blocking the exit. I tried to back out but it didn?t work because of howthe drive thru is shaped. The workers gestured for me to go to the window and when I got there I told them there was a treeblocking my way out. They were shocked and gave me a free sandwich while they worked to move the tree out of the way. Hard to complain. They're always fast and friendly. We have never had an issue with quality or accuracy here. It's a much better... alternative to Subway and their app is great for earning free food. Read more
You would think spending $60.00 for some sandwiches, you might get what you ordered. Called the store twice, had better... conversation with park trees. Later the owner called, said he will make it better. Update, talked with owner of restaurant, nice guy. Explained everything to him. Made up for the bad experience and apologized for the inconvenience. Changed myexperience with this restaurant. Not often the owner himself calls you personally. Read more

Wouldn?t add Mayo to my sandwich when requested. The two girls making the sandwiches had attitudes and kept rolling their eyes... when I asked why or to just charge me for the Mayo. I have ALWAYS been able to add Mayo to my sandwiches in the past. Ordered adifferent sandwich that was just ham and cheese and they added stuff on it they wasn?t listed. They ended up giving me a newsandwich and told me it?s just their policy to not add Mayo to a slim sandwich. If this in fact is the truth , then why 10+times I?ve been here they?ve done it for me. They said it?s because the price but when I asked them to charge me extra, theywouldn?t but they wanted to offer me a Mayo packet for free? Doesn?t that cost you too! Just put some Mayo on the sandwich,you?re literally making the sandwich. Wouldn?t have been this mad if the two girls weren?t so rude. Oh yeah, and they allowedmy husband to add 3+ things to his.
