Really disappointed with our order last night. We worked moving furniture all day and wanted a hot meal. We ordered online and... had a 30 min. wait time. When we arrived a young female employee was throwing stuff back and forth with the sandwich makers. When we let her know we were here to pick up our order, she barely glanced at where the sandwich line is and said ?I think theyare still working on it.? As we were 3 minutes early, I figure lets get the drinks. The young employee did not have our orderup and we had to tell her what the drink size was to get the cups. She went back to throwing something at the sandwich makers. We waited over 5 minutes. As the place started to fill, I noticed one of the sandwich makers just pulls up an already tied bagand announces my name. The 2 large specialty subs were luke warm. The mac n cheese was cold. Exactly how long our order satthere is debatable. All i know is after a hard day of work, it would have been nice to have a hot meal and not a lukewarm sandwich and cold mac n cheese. Usually the food is better but after last night, I think I will go to Chilis next time. Read more

I'd nearly forgotten how delicious the Smokehouse Cheddar Brisket is. Staff is friendly and welcoming, place is kept clean, subs... are great, nice selection of chips, soups, etc. And a Coke Freestyle machine gives you more drink choices than most people wouldknow what to do with. Read more
My favorite sub place in town. They always get my order right. I have no complaints. The ham, or steak are my favorites along... with a cup of soup. Read more
Firehouse has been giving out subs every day based on you first name. I really like the restaurant chain overall: the food here... is always great. Also the rewards are pretty amazing too (second to Cafe Rio, which isn't in town). This location was prettyfast and I like the freestyle machine for soda. The cashier was kinda quiet, but she made the food super fast. Read more
I love eating here, their subs are delicious and much better and cheaper than Subway. Every time I come to eat here, the place... is always clean and the people are nice. If you love eating subs, I recommen eating here, you get great food and help out ourfire fighters. Read more
