Stopped in to eat since we flew in from the East Coast heading to Tucson and didn't have time to have a meal before now. We... ordered tbone steak and eggs, pancakes and the bacon eggs combo with a slice of French toast which was highlighted on the menu. There was a steady flow of customers but it did take an extraordinarily long time to get our food. Once it came the bacon wasalmost burnt and the French toast was cold enough that the butter wasn't melting. It would have been great if it had beenwarm. The waitress didn't check on us after the food was brought to our table so we didn't see her until we went to pay. Never going to stop at this IHOP again. Read more

I have eaten at this IHOP numerous times. Good is always good, prepared correctly and served hot. Even at the busiest times, the... wait is within reason and staff are professional, smiling, and always courteous. The establishment is always clean, and ready totake on the task of feeding hungry people. Great food, great staff, and a very good atmosphere. I will go again and again. Hopeto see you there!! So disappointed with IHOP today. Ordered a BLT and it only came with 1.piece of lettuce and 1 slice of bacon. How can they even... call that a BLT. So so disappointing. Does not make me a fan. This needs corrected. Our waitress was super nice. She was thehigh point of our visit and the reason for the 1 star. I would have given 0 stars for the sandwich. Pictures are attached. Read more

Wanted to show the great experience we had at this IHOP yesterday evening. It was a large group of 20-25 people. We had the... whole side of a room to ourselves. We found out there was only one server and it was his first time there as a server. I thoughtoh no! Our servers name was Logan. And he did an AWESOME job! Very efficient and polite. Of course it took awhile for our foodto come. That was expected. But while we were waiting, he kept coming back and asking if there was anything else we needed whilewe were waiting for our food. I am absolutely appalled at the lack of employees here tonight. There were only 2 employees in the whole restaurant and they... were running themselves ragged trying to keep up with all the different tables they had. I went here tonight in a party of 7people. The host/waitress/busser was all the same person. Alissa did an excellent job. She was attentive and got everything forus when we asked for it once we were seated. All the problems that we experienced tonight were absolutely due to the lack ofemployees. We waited for 45 minutes to be seated, then we waited several more minutes in order to put in our order and get ourdrinks. If Alissa and Walter (the manager on duty/cook since no one else was scheduled) had an adequate amount of employeesthere tonight, our experience would definitely have been a 10/5 stars. I mean, I definitely respect them for getting there anddoing their work while remaining friendly and engaging but those are not fair working conditions. I don't think I'll ever goback if this is how they treat their employees. And I definitely plan on reporting this to the IHOP chain. Read more

The worst experience I have ever had at a restaurant! First red flag should have been 75% of the tables had dirty dishes on... them. We had to seat ourselves. After waiting 10 minutes the server finally made it over to take our order. 20 minutes later heshows up with half our order (eggs and bacon) says the rest is coming at which time I asked him for a refill on my coffee. Whichhe replied its brewing. 15 minutes goes by and finally the rest of our order shows up. Still no coffee! 10 minutes later I hadto get up and confront the staff about getting some coffee. I went here for a late dinner seeing they had no people in the parking lot, thinking they were closed at first. Was greeted and... tooking to our table, waitress was super nice brought our drinks super fast. After placing our order, we waited for our foodwhen we noticed some more people was coming in to eat. Here is where our experience got a one ? did not see a waitress for over15 min, drinks were empty, still no food. Several times we had to call over the waitress to fill our drinks, she was too busyflirting with the cook. Finally our food came, missing several items in our meal, ordered mushrooms and union's as a side, thosedid not arrive until it was time to go. I only went here because they used to have great service in the past, now it's horribleand I will never return to IHOP in the future. In the future I will take my business to Denny's, at least they have betterservice. Note to the manager, you need to train your service people, they are horrible. I've been in the service industry forover 20+ years, and I have never treated my customers like your employees did to us. If you are looking for a great late nightdinner/breakfast, I recommend going to Denny's. Read more
