Sadly they struggled to make reasonable time. We ordered online and said we'd pick it up in the drive thru. We waited until the... suggested time and then arrive to sit in the line for probably 20 minute before bailing to pick it up inside. Even in there wehad to wait almost 10 minutes for an order we had made about a half hour ago. The food was just fine though. Read more
In Overall the food quality is good, but the store Singh hours of the operation said that close at 9 pm, but I try to order... pizza at 8:30 pm or earlier and no one picked up the phone, and also the door at the the store is closed already cleaning up.???????????????? Read more
Bought pizza about 3 weeks ago, crust was doughy not cooked thoroughly, came back today for the replacement, called in 45... minutes ahead, the Manager Susan said she would throw them in when I called, come to find out they weren't done. So sitting outhere waiting, going on an hour after I called. It may be convenient for someone that lives in Casa Grande but I live quite aways. Most of the time I see a line and people waiting for awhile, today I told her that she needs to be a better managerbecause this is unacceptable. People in high positions are the key to companies and the revenue they make, customer satisfactionis important as well as customer service, which she didn't seem to have. Read more
The hours of operation posted states 9pm, however they lock there doors way before that. No pizzas are ready and everytime I?ve... been there, my Hot and ?Ready? takes 15 minutes. I honestly think they do that to get people to leave. EMB has 30% morePepperoni and cheese. Tell me these pictures represent that. Poor management of employees. Went here to pick up a pizza to have a family night, when I got there it was super fast and very polite and professional. The... pizza was super hot and so was the bread sticks, took it home and ate it. It was very good and fresh. Before I went here, thepizza tasted like cardboard. I made sure to ask for the fresh pizza that was just made, that's what they gave to me. Read more
Took a long time to even be acknowledged. I saw an employee push down the trash in the garbage can with his bare hands and... didn't wash yhem.after and went on to handle food. I didn't realize until I got home but tye pizza's I ordered were still verydoughy in place not fully cooked. Employees were in the back just eating away. Read more
