Had a great first experience and at first I left a 5 star review. That was my review when I was dealing with the owner. If I was... the owner I would really evaluate who is representing his store. First wrong order. Quit answering the phone 15 minutes beforeclosing(bad business) then because my kids ate some of the dry WRONG WINGS. The manager would not replace the full mistake. Ifinally would not argue with the man and I just made sure he knew that he was not correcting the complete wrong order!!! Ireally don?t believe the owner would run his business like that. Mistakes happen. That?s life but closing early and notanswering the phone shows what type of pride someone is taking in his business. Then thinks while these wings sit around allnight(mind you I had to feed my kids frozen pizzas due to this mistake) now my kids still was sneaking a few because they wantedwings!!!!and a certain kind of wing. We can?t afford to eat out all the time so it?s sad that this individual was ok with notmaking a wrong order right. Was ok with I gave you 30 wrong wings well here is 15 of the order right. So did he just sauce theseday old wings and give them back? I threw them out cuz that is gross and concerning. Did he put my old wings back in saucebuckets then make others food in those same containers ? Sounds like a health dept issue idk. Idk why if after overnight someoneate half a wrong order entitles the business to only replace half a wrong order ONLY IF THEY REHEATED DAY OLD WINGS THAT THEYDONT KNOW WHERE THEY HAD BEEN AMD TOUCHED ALL THE PLACES NEW ORDERS WOULD TOUCH TOO. I do g think he knows what food safety is.Maybe he doesn?t have to do a food safety program but is working with food. Gross on all levels. Don?t get yourself sick orworse by this irresponsible ?manager?. Maybe I?m wrong about owner too. I left such a good review on him until this issue. First time trying & all I can say is the wings are delicious. That extra crunch takes it to the next level. The owners was so... nice & welcoming. The wings were fresh & not all fat (I dislike huge wings). Sauce flavor honey hot is now my favorite. Keep upthe great work. Customer service was excellent. Don?t listen to me, go try it!! Read more
Was really looking forward to it and I will say the mushrooms were good and huge. The wings tasted like disappointment they were... so overcooked they were dry and crunchy I couldn't eat them. Had to make fries at home because I was still hungry. Mushrooms,wings and drink $22 and change is too much for one person. Read more
Had the mini bucket of wings, fried zucchini, chicken tenders, and nachos. Everything was 5 star EXCEPT the nachos. The chips... were very stale and only had cheese on them, not the "assorted toppings" as described on the online menu. Will order again butskip the nachos next time. Read more
I was greatly disappointed with my last order. I order the same thing every week. My wings were so dry, I couldn't eat them the... next day and I ordered mushrooms and they gave me zucchini. They were out of Blue cheese for the wings Read more
I ordered jalapeno poppers cause they have the best ones and I got these this time? Disappointed, but they're not bad I guess.... It's like pepperoni and cream cheese? Not all of them were like this, but still weird. Read more
Was super excited to have them come to Casa Grande, as we would do take out from the Chandler site. This is our 2nd time... ordering from Casa Grande and unfortunately... our last :/ Wings are WAY over sauced, making them soggy and a little rubbery.Sauce was ok. Appetizers were soggy and WAY to spendy for what you get. An order of Zucchini is $6.25 for 5 very thin soggypieces. 2 appetizers, as pictured minus 1 zucchini = $12.50!! $58.00!!!! I don't understand the hype. All of my food was disappointing. Honestly, Little Cesar's has more flavorful pizza. The wings were... so crunchy that I couldn't eat them. The only thing that was good was the honey Sriracha sauce. Read more
