Waited almost 20 minutes to bring the food out that I ordered thru drive thru. It was 4 breakfast sandwiches and 2 hash browns.
The young man with the dark longer shoulder length hair who works at the front counter is awesome! Very pleasant and... considerate, he made the experience probably one of the best I?ve had with a fast food restaurant. He was working today, October23rd at 5pm. I keep making the mistake of coming back to this McDonald's. There's two other in town that are great. This one is just not.... Every single time I come here there is some issue. Either they don't make my burger the way I want it and requested, or theydouble charge me, or the app doesn't work where they can't accept my card from the app which I use all the time at the otherMcDonald's. This was a fun visit! We actually stopped at Mc Donald's to get our Dog a Halloween Happy Meal. He Loved it! It came in a Boo... Bucket filled with a cheeseburger, fries & a chocolate milk. They forget the top with the stickers on it but of course ourlittle guy didn't know any better, lol. Afterwards we filled the bucket with Halloween Candy ???? Read more
Food is just as good as any McDonald's, that is when you get your food.... This one is severely understaffed so it took me up to... 45 minutes to receive my order for 1, and it wasn't even made correctly. I guess I get it that during a rush things get busy but45 minutes for an in store Togo order... I mean come on... And it was made wrong... Read more
They serve over cooked cold fries that have been sitting there for awhile
I've had pretty decent experiences here. The drive through is always super fast. The fries are a good mixture of crisp and soft... and salty. The happy meals are quick and even the breakfast is pretty fast. All the items are in the bag here: I haven't hadmissing items like the other McDonalds. Also, the staff are pretty friendly. Like the other locations, got a few old and repeattoys, which loses a star for me. Read more
The food is alright. I have tried this location about 10 times now and in all those times the one thing that stands out to me is... their customer service. The person at the drive through is probably the only reason I?m giving them 4 stars. Read more
