It took 20 minutes to get my food and they still couldn't get it right, but I didn't have time to wait for them to fix it. The... slowest McDonald's I've been to and there's been trash sitting on the tables and not 1 employee did anything. It's sad that themanagement doesn't take more pride in this location. I wait a whole year for the McRib. I am drooling while waiting in the drive through lane to order the first Mcrib of many this... season?.. i get my order home and there was literally NO bbq sauce!!! For the first time ever i saw the actual color of theMcrib patty. Talk about a serious let down. Both of the McRibs we ordered had no sauce on them. Going down the street to theother Mcdonalds. I am very disappointed on how they treated me here, they took an hour to give me an order that I was waiting for someone else.... They ignored me the whole time even though they clearly saw me standing outside for an hour. I would never treat someone thisway as they did to me today. After waiting by the door for an hour I decided to just go through the drive thru and I spoke toone of them and they said ?okay we are preparing it for you!? After 20 minutes of patiently waiting for my order she hadforgotten about it and told me they had closed even though I had just spoken to her. Around 95% of the time these guys do a pretty good job, but here lately if there've been a few clunkers like today. After... waiting for 20 minutes on a mobile pickup order I finally went in to see it sitting on a cart on the appropriate number. Afteranother few minutes, a young lady finally picked it up and headed out and I let her know it was mine. After getting to the car,I found that they had left the fries out, so I had to go back in again. Stuff happens sometimes, but they seem to be trending inthe wrong direction, as this type of thing has happened a few times in recent weeks. Read more
I've only ever ordered Happy Meals here for the kid. Fries are okay and the service speed is okay. Probably would lower a star... or two if I started eating here more often. Got old toys and repeat toys, which is always fun to surprise the kid with. Read more
