We have gone here previously and had no issues at all. We went on the Fifth of November to do our daughters birthday party. I... wish I caught the managers name who was in charge of our party but she was amazing and helpful. Anytime we needed anything orhad questions she was right there and she was consistently checking up on the party. The food was good including the desert.It?s a good place for younger kids birthdays or just to let your kids go and play arcade games for a while esp since you canchoose to play by points or load time onto your card instead. Worst experience and over priced pizza. I waited in line at the register for 10 min to be told that I had to go to the prize... counter to trade in my old tokens. No one there. Then they would only trade my tokens for tickets. Was told the pizza would be40min. An hour later. The manager told me my pizza was next out of the oven. 10 pizzas later and still waiting. Read more
Half the games were broken (some took credits) and there?s only about a dozen to begin with. The prize counter is beyond a joke... (chuck e cheese blows this out of the water and that?s sad). Most of the tables were dirty when we arrived and we?re lucky tohave found one presumably clean.. but the tables were mostly empty and there was only maybe a dozen people there. Well we drove from west phoenix to get out of town & kids were super hungry so came to this fine establishment lol... They were... completely out of wings, no body let us know when our pizza was out but did let us know about our breadsticks lol came about10-15mins before our pizza was sitting on the counter, we had a problem with one pizza so they were supposed to make us another2.. But again nobody told us when it was ready they both were burnt under both pizzas my kids wouldn't touch it.. This placemade the peter pipers look amazing in the ghetto parts of phoenix.. My Family and I have been coming to this establishment for many years, ever since I was a kid. Definitely in need for some... upgrades such as games, not much to do and the prizes are not as good selections as other Peter piper pizza's we've been to, butdefinitely thankful Peter Piper pizza is here in Casa Grande. We brought our kids to celebrate for them doing great in school. So we ordered a lot of items and after an hour and several... attempts to get our food all we got was the pizza and drinks. They kept forgetting to make the rest of our order. Pizza was okbut one of our kids wouldn't eat it. He was waiting on the items that never arrived. We got a refund on the missing items. Wehad planned to do a birthday party here but not now. Very disappointed. Probably won't ever come back. Read more
Spoke with the ? Manger ? at 2pm today asking what time they closed today they told me 10pm but when I came in at 850 to play... the games I was told they was closing at 9pm because of thanksgiving. If I?m not mistake thanksgiving is on the 24th which isthe NEXT DAY. I even told the cashier girl I didn?t wanna order food cause I saw they was already cleaning the kitchen area. Nosign on door or nothing. Just wanted to take my kids to play games for her birthday today but PPP manger lost me. I?ll take herelse where for her birthday/parties from now on. Read more
