This store decided to play Chick-Fil-A today and have one person taking orders and payment outside instead of using the speaker... and 2 windows. We ordered ahead using the app...but when we came to pick up they claimed they never got it. Even though our card had already... been charged. They said they would make our order for us anyway, but we would have to pay for it again...then get reimbursed. Weshowed proof of our charge however they refused to make our order till we paid again...so we left. Very sad the food is usuallygood but that customer service was awful. Read more

I went on a semi busy afternoon for my first time at this location. There was no line when I arrived, but a restaurant full of... people, some eating, some waiting for their orders. I figured I must?ve come after a rush. I ordered my chicken and fries andwaited. It didn?t take long. But my chicken was soggy ah.. really gross. To top it off, I went to the restroom to wash my hands(I was dining in), and one of their female employees literally walked out of the restroom stall, after flushing and doing herbusiness and walked straight out. The cashier Ruben is a god's send, give this lovely gentlemen a raise! Super attentive and knowledgeable! He waves at you when... you walk in and leave the restaurant. Amazing worker! (Customers) Be nice to the crew, having food ready in a timely manner &having the order right takes a lot of work. If a worker forgot your extra sauce just ask nicely for it. The food is really good but everyone once and awhile they forget the extra canes sauce I ordered and they charge me for it.... Usually im too far away or on lunch so I can't come back when I noticed.
