They served us old food that has been sitting out all day. Then when I asked for a refund the manager said ?I don?t eat hot... dogs, so I don?t know what a hot dog looks like?. Who hires someone to prepare food that doesn?t even have enough common senseto know what the food they are preparing should look like? This is the worst fast food place I?ve ever been to. This place is probably the most frustrating place to order. Half of the drive up and park screens dont work and the walk up also... doesn't work. So if you order online and walk to pick it up you have to find a working parking spot and stand there to hope andnot get hit. Just so you cja get your order. There is no pick up inside option. Got 2 chili cheese dogs and I have to say the hot dogs were so old dried up and black they were unbeatable. They were so bad our... dogs wouldn't even eat them. This is not the first time we have gotten hot dogs from this place that looks like they've sat in awarmer for a month. Read more
Tried to order using the app and it wasn't working. So we tried ordering online. Online ordering wasn't working either. So we... drove to Sonic and ordered. The tots were cold and chewy. We ordered a cherry limeade and they sent out a cranberry limeade, sowe had to send that back. I ordered a chocolate chip cookie dough blast with caramel. It was plain vanilla with the chunks ofcookie dough only placed on top of it. There was no caramel, and it wasn't blended. Very disappointed ?? Read more
Had such a horrible experience recently. About a week ago I picked up an order after a long day at work and when I got home my... food was so nasty. I got a crispy chicken sandwich and the chicken was so old and thin I couldn't eat it all. It felt like I wastrying to eat cardboard. Also, my tater tots had black specs in them, I'm sure they had been dunked in the fryer more times thananyone could remember. I couldn't finish the meal. I called customer service and was prompted to fill out a complaint online.Nothing ever happened. I was never contacted or emailed. I was sent a survey on how my resolution was and I told them nothingwas ever resolved. Nobody contacted or attempted to compensate me. I won't be going back. Read more
