Closing is supposed to be at 7pm. BUT the time's that I have gone there before 6pm. It's CLOSED . Always have an excuse of why... they are Closed. HORRIBLE Read more

I have been to this Starbucks many times without any issues but today was horrible. There were 3-4 people behind the counter,... with only one person actually working. No one greeted me or asked to help me until the employee who was actively making a drink,asked another employee who appeared to be doing nothing if she was going to help me. This employee said "I guess so" andreluctantly came over to take my order. I ordered my usual drink and paid for it. When I received it, it was literally less thanhalf full. I was very confused and asked why it was only half full. I was told very rudely that it was because I ordered thedrink without ice. I have ordered the same drink probably once a week, every week for the past 3 years and have never been givenhalf a cup. I have even ordered this drink at this location, the other Starbucks in town, in Chandler, Gilbert, in Californiaand in other states and never been given half a drink because of my choice of no ice. Why am I paying almost $7 for half of adrink--not to mention the upcharge for choice of milk too. Update: I contacted Starbucks and they were apologetic and addedmoney back to my app. They told me that I should have received 24 oz since I paid for a 24 oz cold drink. I contacted them tomake sure this wasn?t a new policy of some kind. It is not a new policy. I should not have received half a drink. Read more

I went there today and specifically Asked for almond milk 3 times. I am lactose intolerant so I always get almond milk. She... didn't ring up almond milk and rung up the wrong size. When I asked for my drink to be the right size. The other girl remade itand unfortunately remade it with regular milk. Either way, she didn't make it with almond milk the first time either, becausealmond milk wasn?t on the receipt. I noticed it wasn?t on the receipt until I got home. Mind you I didn?t eat or drink anythingat all before or during drinking my drink. I stopped drinking it because my stomach started hurting like hell. Thanks to that Ihad a terrible reaction and I still feel sick after hours. Won't be returning here, they don't care about you. Read more

Great service 9am today. Friendly, efficient, accurate. The tables are back, its been a while since I visited. Tables aren't... cleaned, just picked up by customers. Thank you Fry's/Kroger for have this kiosk in store. Read more

Starbucks is really on a roll. TERRIBLE service, sarcasm, leaves you while IGNORING you in the drive-thru. It took banging on... the window to get an answer. Listen folks, you saw me asking for help, and you simply ignored my pleas for help. I'm not thesharpest knife in the drawer, but I still deserve more respect than you gave me. Then you got my order wrong. You need to treatthose of us that pay your salary much better. I can get better goods at Circle-K, which is what I'll do. Read more
