I am a Die Hard Star Bucks Fan! Living in Casa Grande there's very few options. This location never has the foods on the menu.... I love Pumpkin Bread with my daily Iced Coffee, and if I don't come before noon they don't have any. And don't try to buy 2slices. I'm not sure if they limit you or if I truly buy the very last piece almost everyday. The WiFi here also doesn't work,and it's like cell service is blocked inside the store too. Be sure to add funds to your app before you go inside! I can say thestaff are always friendly, and the coffee is always great and that is what keeps me coming back. Plus it's close to home! Read more

This is an update for another great employee that goes above & beyond for Starbucks! JALEESA!!!! Thank you for always getting my... order perfect, and memorizing mine, and my friends. Great service but always out of things, they haven?t had strawberries in the drinks for over two months.
A big sign by the counter promoting a delicious caramel ice cold coffee drink. But....guess what? No Caramel due to the Joe... Biden "build back better America" program. Of course I asked why they have a big sign promoting caramel drinks if they didn'thave caramel? The baristas looked at me like I was an old opinionated crippled white man. They are always out of EVERYTHING, even CUPS!? Most of the staff is friendly, however you will get your typical barista, whom... thinks she is too good to be there, however can't manage to get the order right. Read more
This Starbucks use to have some great kids working there, but lately it?s been a terrible experience. They are either constantly... out of straws, out of whip cream , out of 16oz cups today and straws and slow and rude. Tonight on 5/28 at about 6:00pm when Iquestioned why they were always out of stuff the gal blamed it on her manager and immediately her demeanor became very meanspirited with attitude. To make matters worse she shoved a box of colored ,off the shelf at Safeway straws at me and I had toreach in the box touching many straws to pull one out. A very unclean unhealthy practice during COVID times. This place is verypoorly ran and it does reflect on management. I guess I?ll stick with Dutch Brothers and my other two Starbucks as they deserve5 stars. This place at Safeway needs a lot of attention. Read more
