I ordered online but when I went to pick up, they refused to serve me because their online system was down. The manager said... that I could reschedule my order for the next day. I ALREADY PAID ONLINE. I AM NOT AVAILABLE TO COME IN TOMORROW. THAT IS WHY IORDERED IT FOR TODAY. Sure, they helped out the other guy in my same situation, because he was screaming. But me? I've had an issue with this location everytime I've ordered for pickup. The first time I ordered ahead and told them I wanted to... pick up at 1 but they made the order at 11 and it sat on the shelf all that time. Gross. The next time they didnt use the rightbread or toppings. This final time they made me a protien bowl and gave me chips when I ordered a sandwich and no chips. Theycant make anything correct. We were helped right away, my girlfriend got a more complicated order while I got a simple BLT on wheat, mine was toasted,... obviously nailed mine, but were also able to make my girlfriend's to the detail. There was no swiss, yet I asked for swiss, evenafter being promoted with a "no swiss" sign politely explained that they had no swiss, also gave me a prompt explanation as towhy. Read more
