The employees don't know how to substitute for black beans without an upcharge. It's on the modifier screen. They tried to tell... me it wasn't possible and so I just ordered it through the app to avoid the argument. Absolutely possible. It's not anupcharge. I've had this argument at other taco bells when I want to pay cash. Just wanted to do my usual order and pay withcash, but no. Always friendly service, usually super fast. Last two times I went, I was very disappointed though. I ordered a crunch wrap... meal...there's was nothing really inside the crunch wrap, or the contents had just been sitting too long and dried up. It wasthe same for my last visit. I ordered cheesy bean and rice burritos. It was a long line, and we ( a line of 6 cars) had beensitting for about 10 mins....but as we all came to the windows, our orders were handed to us super fast. My burritos were old,so the cheesiness and beans were dried out which made for a super pasty, unsatisfying burrito. I could tell what I was going tobite into once I unwrapped it. The tortilla had the appearance and feel of being made long beforehand and sitting under awarmer. once I bit in,it was just so pasty. Just ordered taco bell and they take to long they didn't put no napkins no hot sauce in our order in mean how you going to sell... tacos and you don't want to put hot sauce in the bag! Bad poor service! And our order was late! Read more

We went here a few nights ago to pick up my mobile order, the staff are very rude especially one named Adalena, another one was... on her phone while taking orders at the window. I suggest management have a talk with their employees, if they are having a badday, they should not even come to work. I will never come back to this Taco Bell, I'd rather go to the one on Pinal, at leastthey are nice and are respectful to their customers. Read more
Great customer service, made me my five layer just the way I like it, hush puppies had just the right divide of cripsy/crunchy... ones. Would definitely spend my last day on Earth here playing smash Bros. With the staff.
