My family's go to for burgers. Even the chicken is good. Hubby gets a side of gravy for his fries while the rest of us get the... spicy ketchup. Great food, no arguing about that. But make sure that you're in no hurry because slow is their middle name. And they need better... management with common sense. They'll shut down both restrooms for cleaning at the same time. They'll see you standing by theregister and not take your order. Never dawned on them, you're trying to order. We went to Whataburger for breakfast this morning we did the curbside pick up and I have to say we had the best service ever.... Miss Janet was amazing. They were out of chorizo and she was willing to make the burrito with anything and everything becauseshe felt so bad that they had ran out. From the moment she walked up to the car she had a big smile, so warm and welcoming. It?swonderful people like her that make me want to keep going back instead of other options. I have always loved Whataburger that is, till yesterday. I actually felt like our food came from the trash. It was cold and... looked terrible. I felt a big bulge in my burger. I opened it to find the the actual core from the lettuce! The whole thinglooked like slop. Our lunch went in the trash. I really felt like taking it back and telling the person that made it to eat it!I won?t be wasting money there again. What a disappointment. I gave one star for the girl who brought the food to me.
