Been here a couple times and it's been good, if sometimes a little slow. Today I made an online order. It said it would be ready... by 12:35. Went to pick it up, got there about 12:37. The doors were locked with no sign saying why. Tried calling and got noanswer. If I hadn't made an online order and already paid for it, it wouldn't be a huge deal, but I've been charged for an orderthat I physically couldn't receive because it was locked. I get that maybe there's short staffing or other unexpected issues. Ifthat's the case, there should be a sign on the door at the bare minimum. Visiting Cascade from out of town. We decided to place an order to this store for dinner at 4:15 pm. The mobile app accepted our... order and we made our way into town, about a 20 min drive. We arrived at Subway and were confused to find it closed. They hadclosed at 4pm, but the app evidently didn?t know their modified hours. We tried the doors and the manager was still there andlet my brother in.
