Been here a couple times and it's been good, if sometimes a little slow. Today I made an online order. It said it would be ready... by 12:35. Went to pick it up, got there about 12:37. The doors were locked with no sign saying why. Tried calling and got noanswer. If I hadn't made an online order and already paid for it, it wouldn't be a huge deal, but I've been charged for an orderthat I physically couldn't receive because it was locked. I get that maybe there's short staffing or other unexpected issues. Ifthat's the case, there should be a sign on the door at the bare minimum. Once I can make contact with someone, I will be seekinga refund. Read more

Visiting Cascade from out of town. We decided to place an order to this store for dinner at 4:15 pm. The mobile app accepted our... order and we made our way into town, about a 20 min drive. We arrived at Subway and were confused to find it closed. They hadclosed at 4pm, but the app evidently didn?t know their modified hours. We tried the doors and the manager was still there andlet my brother in. They were kind enough to go out of their way to make our order after close and waited for us to come get it.Outstanding customer service. Thank you! Read more

Needed catered sandwiches on a Saturday (they don't open until 10 per the sign). Kyle answered at 9:10am because the app wasn't... working and took a 10 sub order with very specific sandwiches. When I arrived at 10am they were just finishing up and servingother customers. Boxes were provided to help transport the subs which was AMAZING! I did not think about how I would transport10 sandwiches 40 minutes away. When other places couldn't be bothered with catering requests, Kyle and his team saved the day.Thank you so much and I hope everyone was kind the rest of the weekend. ???????? *After reading other reviews...people don'tknow there's a Pandemic and it shows. Just visited here with a group on a road trip, and I have to give such props to the sandwich artisan Kyle and his associate for... their stellar performance during a lunchtime rush. They were hit with almost 15 consecutive orders at once and with nocomplaints or attitude, kicked into high gear, organized a two-man system through clear communication, and pumped them out likenothing. They were so kind and humorous, did it with so much energy and professionalism, apologized humbly for the wait, andthanked us genuinely for our patronage. I am utterly blown away; I have had some subpar experiences at Subway and these guysreally brought me back. I?ve been to subway all over the country and seen quite a few. This one was just average. We are on a long road trip and just... needed a quick bite. The food is quite typical of subway. What differentiates each subway is the cleanliness and decor. Thiswas was just ok on both marks. Staff seemed nice, people were social distancing and restrooms were fairly clean. Read more
