My favorite Mexican restaurant in the area. The ?typical plates? are delicious for people who like the savory side of Mexican... cuisine, not only the spicy dishes. The food is reasonably priced, and the horchata is good, if you like rice milk. They havelarge portions, especially if you get the volcanic rock bowl with the seafood, which feeds 4 people in my family. I go herewhenever I get the chance. You should try it. :) Read more

We heard nothing but good things about this place so we decided to try it out. Everyone was right!!! This place is delicious,... the service is great, and the prices were very comparable to other Mexican restaurants in the area. Read more

The atmosphere is classic Mexican restaurant down to the tables chairs and booths. I was very impressed by the size of the soda... glasses. I only needed one refill when typically I need three or more (golden corral cicis pizza). Our server was friendly andattentive. The menu is pretty big but you can either go with what you know or try something new you won't be disappointed. Read more

Okay so ill say this the atmosphere isn't bad but the food itself was horrible. I went in for birria tacos and they weren't... good. The shell of the tacos were soft and the sauce that comes with the tacos resembled grease of some sort. I requestedanother option. The quesadilas were even horrible. I told the server and he was rude and insisted that I like it. The managerwas nice. Which is why I didn't give 0 -1 stars. The 3rd star was given for the strong margaritas. The sangria margarita wasamazing. But the food sucked. Read more

Excellent service, reasonable prices on food and cheap drinks ($4.50 margaritas and $3.50 large draft beer). Food was higher... quality than many Mexican restaurants. Portions are large. Salsa and guacamole could be improved though. Interior decor is welldone. Large menu. Read more

I prefer my salsa like I like my women.... Thick. With that said, the salsa and queso cheese are both a bit thin and watered... down. While the margaritas are flavorful, they aren't giving you the buzz you'd like for a jumbo beverage. This restaurant is apretty decent option, but not the best you've ever experienced. Our server was spectacular, energetic and full of life, shedefinitely made the experience better. As with most places, any extras come with a charge, so be prepared for your bill to be abit higher than expected--those small charges stack up like the bodies after the crate challenge, but hey, it's a night out, what would you expect? We shared the Molcajete... Y'all!!! Liiiiistennn.... if you've settled for a simple nacho plate ortacos, you're wasting your time. THIS is the dish, and honestly, it wasn't the best I've ever had, but it is definitelyeverything I needed on this night. It's a combination of steak, chicken, pork, and shrimp, with onions, peppers, cactus, and awide array of flavors. We added cilantro and raw onion on ours. Lord, this food was ????????. Anyway, I'm at work, day dreamingof the leftovers that will be better than last night-- praying ???????? that my teenage son doesn't discover the secret stashsitting just out of sight in the 'fridge. ????????
