Look, we've traveled extensively in Mexico. Heck, we got married there in '96. So we've eaten our share of a number of regional... cuisines. First thing to say is that they introduced us to a new outstanding and affordable tequila. That right there is astandout when you consider it's our overwhelmingly preferred beverage. Kudos to these cats for having a discerningplayer. Second thing to say is that the service was exceptionally friendly, helpful and patient. A lot of customer servicepeople we encounter could learn a lot from these folk. Third is that the atmosphere, while not fancy or even incrediblycultural, was relaxing and enjoyable. If we hadn't been in a position where we had to do takeout we won have hung out for sometime. There was just a nice vibe to the place. So now the food. Nothing super fancy. But I was completely satisfied and theirtake on trying to balance the cultural differences of the populations they have to appeal to. Everything was rather tasty.Especially the asada huarache. We also got a tasty al pastor gordita and a side of really tasty refried beans. They probablyadded to slowly clogging arteries, but it was worth it. Not fancy food, but certainly satisfying comfort food. Thanks for adelicious new tequila and friendly half hour. We'll be back when in town again. Read more

Went in on Cinco de Mayo for a margarita and chips and salsa. My drink was missing the tequila (as you can see the difference in... the photo) and they don't serve chips and salsa. We ordered nachos which which was made with pita chips. The staff was very niceand attentive but I probably will not go again the next time I visit Cashmere. Read more

I love this place! Authentic and high quality, interesting food choices. I LOVE the whimsical decorations!! Their cocktails are... also interesting and delicious. As a bartender I was very impressed all the way around. The service and prices are amazing.Highly recommend! Just know that you pay at the front when finished instead of waiting for the server to bring your bill. Read more

A Mexican Restaurant in what feels like an old 50s diner in the heart of Cashmere. I really enjoyed the shredded chicken tacos.... They offered fries as a side option... and they were tasty (heavily seasoned). Read more
