Went at 950 sat in the drive thru for a few minutes at the speaker the menu was light up and the drive thru windows were lit up... . There was three cars outside parked where employee's park. After about 5 minutes of no one saying hello pull up to the windowlook in all the lights in kitchen on a and u can see to cups on the counter and no one in sight. Call from the drive thru asit's an hour before it's supposed to close. Finally someone answers ask if they are open the girl that answered said no she hasto be to work in the morning. So I let her know that she should turn off the lights in the drive thru how is anyone supposedtoknow your closed. She then says all the lights are off in the dining she then argues as i repeat your drive thru looks openstill, and as I am sitting there staring at a well lit kitchen and drive thru menu lit up behind me and the lights in the drivethru on that they are off. I have had numerous times at this Burger King when my order has been wrong, either with what they put on my burger to... forgetting parts of my order. Last night was my last straw. I ordered 3 plain bacon cheeseburgers and a quarter pound King /noonions. My quarter pound was a joke. Nothing on it at all and the bun was smashed and torn. Then when I try to call the phoneto complain, it goes to voice-mail in which none has been set up. I was the ONLY customer there. IM DONE WITH BURGER KING!!! Read more
West side Burger King was on point yesterday (11-22-21) I had a large order in the drive through and expected to get parked and... wait for them to bring it out to me. Absolutely the worst service and experience. Food was cold, not even warm. When I went inside to request that hot food be... prepared I received an attitude and the female employee walked away from me. Prep was taking so long in the redo that I calledto the staff for a refund; the female employee turned her back on me and walked away. Second try was just as cold! I get thatyou work at a fast food chain, but you won?t go any further in life if you can?t do the little things well! Read more
So I ordered two shakes waited 20 minutes. One shake was a chocolate and it was literally vanilla with chocolate syrup in the... bottom the syrup wasn't stirred in or nothing. The cups where sticky and had hair all over the outside. There was one other carin the drive thru. I don't see why it took twenty minutes for two shakes. I wont be going back to that burger King for awhile.Very disappointing. Read more
Breakfast sandwich and tater tots were really good and hot this time. Inside seating was available at half of the regular... seating tables. Only 7 tables. The children's play room was closed and blocked off. Read more
Waited 25 mins for one whopper well and geuss what the order wasn't even right. And as I'm waiting you can here employees fight... with customers threw the drive thru. Very sloppy and unorganized. And I would've rated a zero if possible. Read more
