I honestly didn't have a great experience here. I felt bad because there were only 2 workers in the whole place but it took 23... mins to get just 4 drinks and 3 of them were identical. No one else was in line and we didn't see anyone in the store. (We werein the drive thru). What made the experience really bad was my mother, sister, and I (that got the 3 identical drinks) all gotvery sick afterwards. Our stomachs hurt and we felt pukey. Not fun. I have been spending at least 50 dollars a week at the West side location and today I went to the drive thru and they were not... open at 5:30 am. I drove to the East side location and they were not open. I went back to the West side location and they werestill not open at 6:15 am. I was sitting in the drive thru and saw a guy walk in but he still didn't open so I came home andcalled and the man answered and I told him about my unhappiness that neither location was open in time and I ran at least $5.00of gas and still didn't have any coffee and asked if I could get a free one. He said no and was very rude. I called the mainoffice in Billings and there is no way to even leave a message. Needless to say I will NEVER patronize City Brew again and I amtaking my business to Starbucks. Read more
I haven't been inside but the parking lot for this store is big and not so busy so parking is a breeze compared to the other... location. They were fairly quick. Priced just a little cheaper than Starbucks but tastes a whole lot better than them too! Read more
Can?t beat the location!! The coffee is great, the view of the mountain is nice and the bathrooms and windows are always clean!... I?ve spent more time here than any other coffeehouse in Casper. Love it. Read more
I love this place! They have an awesome menu, it's my favorite place for Frappes!The Employees Always have Amazing Customer... Service skills even if your picky, have kiddos, or just like to special order things just the way YOU like them(I mean, hey, itIS coffee! Lol) They're polite, they listen and always make my order PERFECT, AND they do so with a smile, and a good sense ofhumor, too, which is a must for anyone who has to put up with Me & My Family! ???? I love their frappes and cold brew drinks. The portions are good and the cost is reasonable. It tastes soooo much better than... Starbucks and is a little cheaper. Good sugar free options, friendly employees. Quick drive through service, and the interior isnice clean and relaxing, good atmosphere. Very good breads and sandwiches too! Read more
The place was super clean and smelled amazing. Restroom facility's were clean as well. Coffee and granitas are awsome.
