I ordered at the touch screen thing, and while is was waiting for my food. All anybody could hear was the manager screaming at... the employees. They were all trying their best to do their job, and the manager was just yelling ng at them, and being so rude. Read more

They got my order completely right, but their prices are totally outrageous
These guys were amazing. We had to park and wait for food and a lady came out saying her grill quit on her and asked if a Big... Mac would work instead of what we ordered and we said yes of course. It is in no way her fault the grill went down. When anotherlady brought us our food we had a free little apple pie in our bag?? Read more
Unbelievable lack of pride from management. Ordered a Big Mac got a quarter pounder. Nuggets cold. Watched for ten minutes as... a cleaning lady sitting on the floor in front of drink dispenser right in the middle of customers. Its evident management andcorporate don't care. I really like this Mc Donald?s. I can?t stand all the people on here who expect Michelin Star service from a fast food place.... Frankly this is the only Mc Donald?s in Casper I like. Their food always tastes as if it isn?t a few days old. The otherMcDonald?s unfortunately can?t say that. The staff are very friendly although rushed like anyone in that line of work. The onlycomplaint I have is that McDonald?s doesn?t allow me to tip them. This is obviously no fault of the restaurant or employees butshame on corporate for that. These people are working really hard and I don?t like not having the option to tip. Read more
My Big Mac was just thrown together. Nothing but lettuce on the bun. Very old fries too. I usually only have good luck with this... location but that?s gone down hill too!!! Read more
It's your Average McDonald's which is to say nothing beyond your Average Fast Food American drive through. My biggest complaint... is how long they make you wait outside to bring you a "Fresh Burger and Fries" and they are cold. I would be more upset aboutthis if this wasn't Just How all McDonald's in Casper Work. Read more
