Tonight was my first time getting our pizza delivered. I typically go in and pick it up. I requested paper plates with my order.... Sick kids at home, snow outside, and just needed the extra help with an easy clean up. Well, never did I expect that ourdelivery driver, Dan would make sure we had paper plates regardless if papa johns was out of them at their store location. Isthis the joys of small town living? Not sure what happened to Papa Johns Casper. Used to be great but now cant get a pizza delivered in less than 90 minutes. Crazy.... Every other pizza place in town seems able to keep up so it's not just a "can't find people thing". Manage your restaurantbetter. Read more

I love Pepperoni Pizza, but the one I got on 10/06/2022 was the absolute worst I have ever had, my spouse's pizza was very good... and the only reason for a 2 star rating otherwise it would be the lowest possible! Probably will never return to this locationfor pizza ever again! Read more

Order arrived incorrectly. They gave inaccurate time frame for redelivery. I offered to pick it up after an hour and she said... she thinks the driver is back. later,I asked for a refund for incorrect portion. I was told it had left with the driver. My foodsat for an hour and a half minimum. safe yourself the heartache. Read more

I agree with the last review I read. The service here has gone downhill very fast. Twice in a row our order has been wrong so I... thought I better bring it to their attention. I called and told them it was wrong and missing things. I asked for a partialrefund and they said I need to bring my order back and prove it. How do I prove something is missing? I told them it wasdelivery, I'm not going to bring it back. The employee was VERY rude, asked to get a manager, she told him to tell me thateverything gets made the same so you get what you get. What?? So I said, you guys screw up and I get punished? I have to load up3 kids, the food, and drive them to the Papa John's? He replied "sorry, I don't make the rules, I make minimum wage." It's notmy fault you can't get a better paying job, maybe if your customer service was better you could replace that worthless manager. Read more

Papa John's service has been pretty good in the past but I have to say this last visit was horrible. Ordered two pizzas and had... a coupon for a free cheese pizza. The person on the phone said I just need to give the code when I get to the store and we wouldbe good. I got to the store and the first person at the desk started to wait on me then somebody in the back yelled at him toleave for the night and he stopped helping me and left. The next person came and said he needed a manager's code to put thecoupon in and left to grab the manager. Waited for easily 5 minutes for the manager to come up...no other customers in thebuilding. The manager came up and said I couldn't use the coupon because it was online only. Nothing on the coupon statedthat. And to top off the experience they wanted $.03 for each packet of crushed red pepper or parmesan. I'm already paying $30for two pizzas! Papa John's is not worth the time or money. I'll stick with Domino's. Read more

Pizza showed up a soggy, fall apart . Under cooked mess! The manager told me i would have to wait. And that they needed original... pizza back, like i was trying to scam them! I spend way to much money here. I guess i need to find a different pizza place! Wellover two hours since i placed my online order, no call, no update! I guess they showed me! Have always vouched for Papa John's over any pizza place in town for years, but never again. I ordered online tonight and was... quoted 26 min delivery it didn't arrive for an hour and a half. When I called to inquire about where it was I was treated like Iwas causing problems for wondering where my paid for product was? The manager Melodi deserves termination or at minimum acustomer service training course, she purposely and unprofessionally hung up on me 2 times which only escalated the situationmore. A manager is in a position to deal with dissatisfied customers, if that is too difficult then the individual needs adifferent role. This was by far the worst experience and to think Papa John's used to be award winning here in Casper.... it's ashame. It appears from these reviews many others are experiencing poor customer service from this store. Read more
