Hello to the owner, This is something that you should address instead of putting it off to the Perkins restaurants division. It... happened in your Perkins restaurant not theirs. You are the one that has to deal with the waitress that was rude to customers so she doesn't do this again to other customers. I was from out of town and she was more into taking care of her LOCALS as she putit and I was nothing as far as she was concerned. She didn't need my business she informed me. I am also a owner of aestablishment in Savage, Montana and if one of my employees were rude like that to a customer I would have waited till thecustomer left and fired her/him on the spot. Nice, homey place in a hub for travelers. The staff was universally friendly and made us feel very welcome. The food was great... and prepared as requested with no fuss at all. The pie is super sweet and there are some uncommon offerings. It was just what weneeded today. Read more
I give this restaurant 5 stars for Wenesday of last week. African American waiter with glasses is an excellent waiter. Food was... hot and their new menu items are very good. Usually the Perkins we eat at are clean and the food is good. Even if they have a staffing issue. Hi, On July 29, 2022, my brother, nieces, and I visited this restaurant. We had a great experience. The restaurant was very... clean and shiny. Additionally, we received excellent customer service.. and the food was delicious.. As if all this wasn'tenough, a strange man paid our bill! Unfortunately, we couldn't thank him because when we were informed that someone had paidour bill, the man had already left! I wish we could have thanked him! Service was very slow, though the waitress was a very nice lady. My wife's eggs were way undercooked. Manager on duty had a sour... disposition. Some Perkins are excellent, but the one in Casper certainly is not. Will not go there again. Read more
The food was delicious and hot and fresh. The employees were kind and hardworking. Madison took care of us and was such a... delight. I haven't been to Perkins in a long time and this was a treat. The food really has improved since the last time I cameto one. Great job everyone! Read more
