People have a typical expectation about a Qdoba... this one did not meet mine. The staff was friendly, and shorthanded, but the... restaraunt was filthy. I wish I was able to take a picture, but I felt bad because I could tell the staff was alreadyoverwhelmed and didn't want to make them feel any worse as they were obviously doing thier best. The floors of the dining roomwere stick, as were all of the tables. The doors and soda machine had obviously not been wiped down in a while, but my biggestsurprise was the condition of the floors behind the counter. The backroom is clearly visible through the line and it was badenough we almost left when we saw it. There was food , filth, and dirt literally CAKED ok the floor... not just in one spot,but all the way to the back door. It wasn't just from not being swept or mopped that morning because it was busy, or evenleaving without doing it the nights before... this had not been done for a LONG TIME. Having worked in restaurants, not only isthis not acceptable, but there is NO possible way the manager. Has not seen this. Brittany is amazing. She's been the manager on shift both times we've visited, and she's been so helpful in answering questions... and suggesting different items as well as checking for allergens. She is so friendly, and her customer service is outstanding.We met Abi for the first time today, and she is exceptional as well. Even though she wasn't on the line, she was helpful,friendly, and had an awesome, cheery attitude. They have a great teamwork and customer service style which was very appreciated,especially knowing how hard it can be to work in customer service. These two ladies made our experience awesome this evening.Qdoba lucked out hiring both Brittany and Abi, and we lucked out going in while they were both working. Thank you both!! Read more
We?ve never eaten at a Qdoba before. The staff was very nice and got the line moving quickly. The chicken was burned and the... whole restaurant was filthy; walls, doors, floors, & tables. The door mats, I?m sure, haven?t been washed in months. Not comingback. Read more
I don't usually leave reviews unless the food is really bad no taste the rice taste raw ,the bean no flavor just straight from... the can , the chicken taste weird the tortilla cold, the restaurant was not stock with utensils, dirty tables they have to dobetter and take pride in there food:( cashier was nice though Read more
With Qdoba its definitely a toss up. Sometimes they know how to make a burrito sometimes not. Almost always they arent... respectful. If youre looking for a replacement for Chipotle this is it, but id stick to making your cuisine at home if you canstand it. Read more
99% of the time the service is superb & the food is always excellent, but this time around the service was just ok. The... employees were not that friendly & seemed like they just wanted to get us through the line(even though we were the only onesthere at the time), checked out & on our way. However the part that concerns me the most is the fact the some pieces of chickenon my Son?s burrito was still half raw, which he ended up just throwing it away. The cook obviously didn?t check to make sureall the chicken was cooked properly before chopping it up for the front & the employee serving us didn?t pay any attention to itas well. Also, when she was putting the steak on top of my rice bowl, I asked if the steak was even fully cooked because it wasextremely pinker then normal & the outside part was pretty much completely black & burnt. The girl taking care of me barelylooked at the steak pieces & just said ?it?s medium rare.? So I took her word for it. Well when I got home I ended up nuking thesteak from each of the rice bowls before eating any of it because it clearly wasn?t fully cooked either. The food is always pretty good. But almost every time me or my wife go in the staff are very rude and unprofessional. Like... everything we ask for is an inconvenience. Read more
