Super ladies operating a small business against the odds and doing a great job.
I have been a dedicated customer of Sports Clips since they opened. Recently I went in and even though I was first in line, I... was ignored and the stylists took people that were not on the list before me. The place has gone down hill in the recent coupleof months, the prices have gone up significantly while the haircuts have gone down in quality. The last time I went in thestylists were more busy spending time in the back on their phones than they were paying attention to the front where several ofus were standing waiting to sign in. I am not sure what happened in the last three months but the attitude and customer serviceof the Sports Clips has gone downhill to the point where I will be stopping my business with them and no longer bringing myfamily.
